I purchased their $89 for one Hour of Audio-Video Installation Services. After providing them with a date and times to perform the installation of mounting a TV and soundbar they sent a message asking me to call with what work was being done. I called back immediately, spoke with someone who let me know that there would be additional costs for equipment to hide the wires and and what the additional cost of time would be if they went over their hour, charged by the half hour. Although I wasn't thrilled that this was already costing more than the service I had purchased, I appreciated that they let me know these costs upfront, and that i could pay with a credit card after the completion of the service. They were also able to schedule the time and date that i had requested. They never showed up. They didn't call they day before, or morning of to confirm, which i thought was odd, but they hadn't told me that thy were going to. I waited until the end of the 3 hour window to call and inquire as to when i should expect them, and there was no answer. I left a message that wasn't returned and sent a message through angie's list that is still yet to be answered. While I've had companies show up outside of their window, or cancel on me in the past i've never had a company not contact me, or be completely unresponsive. Not responding to a customer when they didn't show up to do the job that I had not only paid for, but was planning on paying additionally is completely inexcusable and I will never use their services again and would not recommend that anyone hire them in the future.

The two installers (Steve and Yehudah) were very hard working, knowledgeable and professional. The didn't leave until everything was fully tested, and they explained to me how to use the remotes in both rooms for all required functions. They also cleaned up thoroughly before they left. When I didn't have some required equipment (I had the wrong TV wall mount), they supplied it from their truck, or, if they didn't have it (remote control battery and additional 4K cable), they bought it. I would definitely recommend Mr. High Def to a friend, and would use them again in the future.

He put wiring in the wall so you won't see it, and bought the bracket with him also.

The team were very professional and skilled. They moved furniture, drilled holes as necessary, and set everything up just as we wanted it. I would definitely use them again. Were also able to provide some cables and wiring that we didn't have. Took a little longer than I had hoped, but they were working the whole time; the time used appeared to be necessary to get the job done.

These were great! They were on time, very professional and did a great job with the service. They were clean (didn't leave behind any mess) and had other materials that I needed for the job to be done the way I wanted it (cord covers for the wall and a component shelve for my cable box in my room. I would recommend these guys to anyone and will probably use them again if need be.

The installers were courteous, helpful and did everything I asked quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use again.

i had scheduled the service and the installers came right on time. I had just renovated my entire kitchen so I had explained that I didn't want any tv or cable wires exposed especially since the 65 inch tv is mounted high on my kitchen wall!. They truly listened to my needs and took their time and made sure that the tv wall installation went perfectly. He also paired the cable remote to my new television and gave me a brief tutorial. I was so impressed with how they were able to hide all of the wires and the cable box itself!!!! When my family arrived from school/work, they asked "where's the cable box?" They couldn't believe how well hidden everything was yet very functional. These guys are amazing and we plan on using them again to install our stereo system in our living room.

Excellent!. Punctual, professional, clean and affordable. The guys did the job in couple of hours. They were attentive to our concerns and did amazing job. I would highly recommend them.

It turned out well; I would give them four stars. The only thing I was disappointed with was that they did not give me any good ideas of how to improve something. I told them to put speakers in the corners and they did it, but they did not tell me I might want to tilt the speakers a certain way or another. Come to think of it, I should have said something to them about tilting it a certain way, but they did not and did it head on. I was hoping them being professional, they might have caught that or pointed that out as well. The other thing was they had about 20 minutes left and I still had some cabling behind my TV that really could have been straightened out a little bit, but they just said that was it, they were done, and left. But the work they did do was nice. I had no problem with their timing on coming out. They came out about two weeks after I purchased the deal. The cost was excellent.

Everything went well. Steve and his partner Dee (not sure if that name is correct as the intro was very quick) were pretty punctual. I had misunderstood the time slot they gave me because I had agreed to 9-11am thinking that was the 2 hours of service that I had purchased. However, this was a "window" of time during which they would come. I called to explain my situation because I had to be at work for a meeting at 12:30. They were very accommodating. They were punctual, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. They put down a mat for their tools so they would not scratch up our floors. Very happy with the service, and would use them again!

The services and professionals were great. Arrival was 90 minutes beyond the two-hour window given. The company did call earlier in the day to inform me that they were behind schedule and would be at the tail-end of the window, but it wound up being even later than that. That said, everything was installed and I never felt like the guys were rushing to get somewhere else. They took good care to protect my carpet and furniture.

This was a big deal purchase. They told me that what I wanted to do was going to be a huge job and they said I should save my deal for something small, like TV mounting or something like that. I think they came out the following Tuesday after I purchased the deal. Essentially, what I wanted them to do was to insure a security camera. It was multiple cameras and they told me it would have cost about $2,500. I decided not to do that. I did not think their camera was that big a deal, maybe that was my own impression. Their price sounded crazy to me. One guy came out to see me. He was professional and was in a uniform. They were fairly responsive.

They were very professional, communicative and responsive through the whole process. Easy to schedule, and came punctually. They worked very methodically, neat, and cares to get it done right for the client. . All went smoothly mounting the rack and TV. Unfortunately, we found out a pre-wired HDMI cable was broken (behind the wall, done by others during remodeling months ago). That wire was supposed to connect the cable box to the TV, now it seemed we would end up with a wall mounted TV, but with wire hanging down to the box. That would have been disappointing. The man is genus. I am not technical shrew enough to describe what he did, but he found a solution of converting another different type wire, mount/hide the cable box behind the TV on the same rack, and connect those two with a new HDMI. Now we have a very neat clean TV corner in our living room, with the seemingly TV floating. No need to have a stand to put the cable box, and difinitely no wire handing from the TV down to the floor. They also tested the new smart TV, ensured the cablebox is working etc. Not rushed, and very thorough, with great attitude. Thank you very much for an excellently done job. Very happy about the result!

I wasn't personally there for the job; my wife, however, raved about how efficient and professional the technician was. She's no push-over, so he must have done a heck of a job.

They are not very courteous. The work was fine, but now I have a problem with my DVD player, it does not work. I asked them to come out and look at it and they want to charge me for it. The DVD player worked before they came and it didn't work after they came. There is nothing wrong with the wiring or anything that I can see. Now when I call Mister HighDef, they immediately say I would have to pay an additional $50 to have them come out and look at it. I feel Mister HighDef should at least be open to first coming out to determine if the DVD issue was on their accord or not, and then we can discuss fair pricing from there.

Looks good. Cost more than initially quoted due to mount used and electrical panel. But guys were great and very professional.

Two men came came (Steve and his assistant. They were very professional and worked hard to maximize my satisfaction and minimize the time spent (you're paying by the hour). Very pleased with them. The only caveat is that I would suggest that you might want to buy some of the items beforehand. I bought the tv mount, the hdmi cable, the power bridge, and the speaker wire from them. Amazon is significantly cheaper. Also be advised that to do the job they had to make some holes in my wall to reroute some of the speaker wires (they really had no choice. They are not responsible for repairing the holes.

Better than I expected. They mounted the LCD perfectly and hid the wires. I am beyond pleased with the result !! They even went a step farther and used a random shelf I had hanging around my apartment and screwed it in above the TV for the cable box to sit on. I am beyond happy !!

Everything went perfectly. Mister Highdef contacted me immediately after I purchased the deal on Angie's list and we were able to schedule the service for the following day! Team was scheduled to arrive between 1:00 and 4:00 PM. I received a call from the office around 2:00 PM letting me know the actual time and the were right on time. Team showed up, look at the work that was needed , told me what they were going to go and how long it would take. They got right to work and the installation went exactly as they said it would. Additionally they do a great job cleaning up the areas they worked in.

As above. It is my feeling if I cant reach out to make an appointment I do not want to have them come into my house to do any work

He came in here and he mounted the tvs and hooked up the surround sound. We never had it on because the receiver was burning. He told my husband he had to buy another receiver. He came last Monday to install the new receiver. He said that it was on for 20 minutes. The next day we tried to watch tv and the whole thing shorted out. We returned the receiver to Best Buy. I have now paid him twice to install two receivers. We bought another new one. We asked him when he could come back out and he said that he would lose money if he came a third time. I have already paid him twice. He thinks he is losing money if he comes out a third time. I have given him two chances and his attitude was very very poor. I don't know if he is professionally capable of doing this work. I have already hired a new company to do this work for me. Update: I had the Geek Squad come out on 10/2/2015 to hook up the new receiver that we had to purchase and he told me that the receiver most likely wasn't hooked up correctly because a new unit should not have burned out that way. So, now I have paid this service provider twice AND I have had to purchase a new receiver likely because of his faulty hook up that made the receiver burn out. We paid them a lot of money for nothing to work. The last time he came in September they damaged my sons brand new wall we just painted. Here is the dates and amounts of money we gave them.june 18th we gave them 789.35 and 429.98 for one day of work the next was July 2 330.43, September 21st 430.72. We would like for them to come back and give us what we paid for or give us back the money and then we can hire someone who will do the work we first wanted. I was hoping since I found this contractor from Angies list that the contractor would have done a job he was paid to do since it was the first time I ever used Angies list Thank you

There were 2 workers who showed up to perform the installation. They were professional and courteous and had all of the required equipment. The office had called to set up the appointment and followed up the day prior to the service to confirm the time and cost. There were no surprises.

They were professional and did what was expected and left on time

The technician was scheduled to arrive at 11 am on July 28th. When the technician did not arrive I contacted the office and they said we would have to reschedule our appointment to after 3 pm. The technician did arrive that afternoon and spent about 20 - 25 minutes discussing with me different ways we could install the system. He let me know that he would email me an estimate. I was excited to receive the estimate so that we could move forward with the installation. It is now two weeks later and I have yet to receive the estimate. I called the office on Friday, August 7th to express my concern and was told that I would receive an estimate via email. I still have yet to receive and am now in search of another provider.
