"The painter told me two guys would come to do the job, but only one guy did any work. They left out areas that didn't get painted, such as under the staircase and the frame of the door wasn't covered properly. The patch jobs were not painted well either. Paint was spilled on the front door mat and wasn't cleaned up. The owner said they would exchange the mat but I haven't heard from them. I was told there would be two coats of paint applied but I don't think they actually put on two coats."

Rich was incredibly organized, responsive, patient, and polite throughout the whole process. I felt very comfortable with him explaining what I wanted done. The actual removal of the old fence and the installation of the new one went incredibly smoothly. The crew was so quiet I barely knew they were there. They knew exactly what they were doing at all times and were efficient and meticulous. The final result--a combination of a decorative aluminum fence in the front and PVC fence in the backyard--is gorgeous. I was especially thrilled with the PVC because they used the highest quality PVC, so it looks very elegant and solid. I will probably call them again to have some matching gates installed.
