Description of Work: I was contacted right away due weather conditions we had to reschedule a couple of times however when we found a date they were prompt and efficient, still the snow was still around and workers were unable to do a complete job but after speaking with manager he promised to send workers back as soon as possible and my job was completed

Description of Work: Trimmed trees around pool house and branches over pool.

Description of Work: Trimmed two trees. Had difficulty setting up appt. because they would not come out until they had another appt in the area. The arborist was very polite & professional and offered additional services. They've kept me on the email list & offer articles & webinars. I thought the price was a little high, even with the coupon, but they would not budge. I think they may have trimmed a little too much, since no one was supervising the trimmers.

Description of Work: Provider missed the original appointment Monday 7/29. Very last minute cancellation. Wanted to meet him/her face to face. I do not reside at the property in question. Vendor came the next day, Tuesday, and did the assessment of the tree (Large Norway maple that is ~ 1/2 gone.) Spoke with the provider's arborist over the phone the following day, Wednesday, regarding the options. Estimate was provided. This company specializes in tree maintenance plans. But due to the health of the tree, I do not think it is worth the investment. (Too little, too late.) Other Angie's List providers offered more competitive pricing for the tree removal.

Description of Work: The gentleman who came to do the estimate was very professional and knowledgeable but when I asked him to itemize his estimate of $735, he said it would not be cost effective to do just part of the work. I am not prepared to spend over $700!

Description of Work: Robert Moscarello was excellent to work with, prompt, responsive, courteous and very professional. Work was done quickly and overall we are so pleased with the work done and price.

Description of Work: Received a call a few days after I placed the order to schedule a visit to discuss work. Received an appointment for a week later. Showed-up on time, but salesman was not clear on how my coupon will be applied or what the purchase deal amount would cover. Received an estimate for the work, but no explanation on how my purchased deal will be applied toward the work. I thought my Big Deal could have cover it or much of it or a least I would get a clear picture of what the Big Deal would cover. I asked what does my deal covers, no defining answer.

Description of Work: The guy quoted me $880 to prune one branch (~8" diameter and about 35 feet up) overhanging my neighbor's yard. I figured that my Big Deal of $300 worth of tree work for $140 would cover it. But he came up with many reasons that just to get a truck out there would be $500. I think the job was too small for him.

Description of Work: I called for an estimate to remove two small trees and was given the estimate in timely fashion. However, Mark would call the afternoon before the day he wanted to do the work. He did this twice. I work and cannot just call in that I cannot work that day. I cancelled the wok.

Description of Work: Save a Tree came out to give a quote. They were knowledgeable and professional but the cost of the service is too expensive for us to perform at this time. Also I wonder if there are less expensive professionals out there.
