I liked most was their professionalism.

HORRIBLE! Luckily happened to be home to see insecticide sprayed on trees dripping onto my grill and porch furniture or I would have been cooking and sitting in it. Not enough brains to cover with a tarp. Fired them on the spot. So would you!

They have recently begun providing services, but so far seem professional, responsive and very interested. I deal with the arborist, Alessandra.

This was a $149 big deal purchase for three hours of tree service. I used the deal pretty soon after I bought the deal. I did not like him. He said it was going to be, like, $700 worth of work. Two things annoyed me. When he was done I came out and tried to give him $700 and he said he would bill me. The bill came and it was, like, $900. It included over $100 in tax and other fees and I was really p*ssed off. When you are doing work on your house people tell you it is that price and it is that price so that kind of annoyed. Another thing that annoyed me was I asked him to take 6 feet of the top of a tree and he just took off 6 feet, I mean you could tell it was lopped off. He did not try to prune it off or round it off. So when you drive by you can tell it has just been cut and is squared off at the top. He just did the minimum of what he had to do. The guy showed up on time at 7:30 in the morning and his crew was great; I loved his crew. He should have come back out and told me they should have done something about that tree. He does not get a good rating from me. They were responsive to me.

The work was excellent, the crew very professional, on time/excellent pick up. I particularly liked Michael English our arborist. I did however have a problem with the billing. Not the amounts per se but their very confusing system of estimates and bills (and errors in the bills). Basically the invoices had overlapping services, and didn't reference prior work/charges and amounts paid. They then double billed me for one service, which I responded to in detail as being included in a prior invoice. They insisted it was still owed, which made me have to go back and itemize all prior charges. After a few rounds of emails they eventually recognized their error, and they had in fact double billed. Everyone makes mistakes, but it was disturbing that they continued to insist on amounts being owed after all all info was provided to them, and they only recognized their error after repeated emails. Not everyone can be this careful or persistent. So my advice would be that this an excellent service, but you need to go over your bills carefully.

I had no problem with this company. Robert was very professional and willing to work within what I actually wanted. He did make other suggestions but I was operating in a tight budget and could just about afford what was needed. Nevertheless, everyone was punctual, courteous and efficient...I barely even knew they were here! I only wish they were a little less pricey. But they did a good job and I have no complaints. I would use them again.

They did a great job. They were prompt, arrived on time, they cleaned up just a little pricey.

There were additional charges beyond the big deal amount. I actually knew going in that it was going to cost more than that. I think altogether it was about $600.

Scheduling was a challenge as they were a bit non-responsive. But maybe that was because we used an angie's deal and were not paying full price...shouldn't have mattered though. Job was done as expected. The cost of removing the sawdust was not included in the $199.

Initially, I spoke with Alice in their office and she was polite and set up the time for Robert to come out and give me his estimate. Robert was punctual and thorough in going over the work we needed done. He was able to point out some additional items that we will need to take care of in the future. The workers who preformed the job completed it quickly, and even took extra care to make sure they left the property clean. We will likely use SavATree again in the future.

They are accommodating. Pleasant experience overall.

They kept asking for the full price of the service, but after several months they honored the original Big Deal price.

The removal has been a success.

It all went smoothly and efficiently: they - arborist in charge and two workers - arrived on time, were courteous, asked me what I wanted done. Then explained their procedure. The feeding ("Health fertilization") was done by another specialist on a different day (delayed because of rain several times.)

Provided a free estimate to remove a tree. But it was high. When I decided to apply my $140 for $300 worth of services coupon to other tree services,such as pruning they said they could not do work in my area for less than $900. So I applied for a refund.

Problem was that whoever was actually doing the treatments knew nothing about disease and prevention, and was just following a protocol of what to do. our crabapple tree died in September ( tree had been fine for at least last 10 years we lived in this house). Larger problem was picked up by a landscaper that the largest tree on our property was dying , and save a tree never mentioned it.

Steve is a very knowledgeable arborist who quickly assessed the trees and shrubs on my property. He showed me visible signs of problems and explained that the evergreen tree in my backyard needed the most attention because my neighbor recently installed a new fence and they had cut into the tree's roots. He explained how the treatment would help the tree recover. A technician was scheduled to bring the fertilizer within the next couple of weeks to fertilize the trees. I think the treatment really helped my trees. The Big Deal of $75 for 100 gallons of fertilizer was a great price. Ordinarily, their prices are a bit high, but sometimes you get what you pay for. I have decided to stick with them as a customer and I have been pleased with the results.

This provider and his staff are very pleasant and professional, he came over to give me an estimate for the job required. Unfortunately the estimate to take down one pine tree would cost me $700, way more than other estimates I have received. I do appreciate his time.

The workers were very knowledgeable and worked diligently. I was pleased with the work and how well they cleaned up but the cost of the work was much higher than I had planned. The charges were initially hard to understand.

All cuttings were removed from yard and placed in company's chipper outside. The yard was swept clean of any fallen branches.

Quality service, and good communication with the company. Work was done quickly, and at the stated time. Would use again.

I thought that if I had a $300 credit they could do a really small job. I asked them for an estimate on about 5 or 6 things that I wanted done and that came to about $2600. My son helped us with some of the work so that became about two things that needed done. That came to almost $1000. The project is very small and does require removing a small branch with a machine. We told them in the beginning that we bought the big deal and the only estimate I got from them was not in my budget. This may be perfectly normal fees, but I have asked for a refund due to this estmate. I feel if the job is too small then it should of said it in the small print that they would not do a job under a certain price.

They pruned four large trees and took out the shrubs in the front of the house.

Service was A+ from beginning to end. No problems, courteous worker. I would use them again if I neede further work on my lawn.

They were non responsive and did not contact me to schedule. I never even spoke with them.
