Description of Work: We had stockade fence installed for privacy. They made suggestions, we agreed with them & had it installed. They helped us save money & we are extremely happy with the results. Their team was friendly, courteous & professional. We would use them again without doubt.

Description of Work: Owner of company came to give an estimate of installing handrails on our new stairs. His quote was a bit on the higher end of our budget for the project. However, after thinking about how he actually came (first phoning) to give a quote onsite rather than over the phone, and his company is one with which I was familiar, we decided to go with Campanella. Of the companies contacted, several did not do this type of installation. |The railings were installed about 3 days later by two workers who were professional, couteous and diligent. The finished project looks amazing. We would definitely use Campanella again, and we highly recommend their services.

Description of Work: Installed cedar fence in backyard. Sal's crew ( led by an excellent foreman Dan) did a great job (& I had spoken to several previous customers all of whom recommended Campanella Fencing). | |I didn't give them an A rating because I think service after the job is completed is as important as it is during the job... | |BECAUSE... | |About 2-3 wks after the fence was installed I noticed that a section of fencing had partially separated from its post. I tried to fix it myself but w / no success. Also, one of the gates kept getting caught on the concrete surrounding the adjacent post (it had not been properly smoothed out) making it difficult to open & close the gate. | |I called Sal's direct # & left a message re the problems. After a week w/o hearing from him, I contacted the office (who had always been very helpful during the install) letting them know the situation and was told they would make sure to get Sal the message. | |After another week had passed, I called Sal directly again & he apologized saying he had been particularly busy but that he would come out and fix the problems that week. Yet another week passed & I called him for the 3rd time & again he apologized & promised he would come out that week. | |He did finally come that Sat. Although I did not ask him to call before coming, I wish that I had because the repair was mediocre at best ( & I'm being kind). | |One screw was used to try & bring the fence panel closer to its post (which didn't work) & the cement under the gate was not smoothed out but rather it look as if the gate was repeatedly opened & closed using the cement as a kind of sandpaper. | |So after all this you might be wondering why I would still both use & recommend Campanella Fencing? Because Sal is an honest, hardworking (& pretty d*** funny to boot) business man who does what is agreed on, @ the price agreed on & in the time frame agreed on & that's pretty rare these days. I do think however he does need work on service after the job. | |

Description of Work: Campanella Fence installed a perimeter wood fence for my yard. |Installation team worked hard but their quality control was absent. I had to personally indicate "many" loose and missing fasteners to the fence posts. Didn't have proper tools to fasten the hardware. I had to buy the socket and let them borrow my personal drill. |Nice people, zero follow-up by sales person. Disappeared after the downpayment and left the job to minimum experienced installation team.

Description of Work: They removed our old fence and installed our new one. The 2 guys worked very hard and did a wonderful job. Extremely hard workers and I highly recommend them.
