It’s a real shame that this company, which isn’t even far from me, will not come out and give you a quote if you don’t have at least 150 feet of fencing work. Unbelievable! I can get companies further away to come by and provide a quote but this company won’t. It was truly disappointing when you read positive reviews and decide to give it a try, only to find out you’re out of luck. Don’t bother calling if you don’t have at least 150 feet to fence!

So recommend them! Competitively priced and job was done as stated and followup to readjust due to settling of ground. Amazing craftsmanship and customer service. Replace panels that I felt had defects without a problem. I recommend them to everyone in my real estate profession colleagues and clients.

I have no idea what happened. Someone came out to look at and discuss the project. He stated he'd provide an estimate by the following day for both vinyl and cedar. The estimate never came. In order to move things along, at the end of that week I drove to Mahopac to look at fencing materials and chose a specific material and style for our project. I was told I'd get an estimate in the next day or so. The estimate never came. I called THREE TIMES requesting an estimate and never got one. During the last conversation, I was given an apology and another promise the estimate would come by the following day. That's been over a week since the last phone call. No estimate. I'm done. Unfortunately this experience was a complete waste of my time.

Great work. The company is regarded highly and there is a reason. They removed and replaced my broken fence in about 2 days, carting away the old and digging through the dirt to level the ground where needed. Midway through the project at the end of the first day, I had a stylist request that I noticed was not being followed. The next morning, I explained the issue and the crew redid the sections as requested. Polite, diligent and hard working. I would hire again in a heartbeat.

Excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the second time I used Campanella Fence. They installed the fence around my property and now did the handrail for my stairs. They were extremely accommodating. Paul was great to work with. He knew exactly what I wanted and he delivered.

Campanella was incredibly professional from contacting them to schedule an estimate, through the final invoice for work completed. The work was done quickly, on schedule, and well. Communication was prompt and clear. I felt their prices were very fair, they came in well under 3 other estimates i had done, and were much more professional. I would not hesitate to hire them again, or recommend them to anyone. Great job!

The secretary called and canceled three appointments we had agreed upon. This gave me a clear sense of how their business culture plays out on a regular basis. This business will not be contacted again nor will it be recommended to others. Very unprofessional!

Work was not done. Again, in spite of being told I would get a call back after I indicated urgency around work, no one called.

Excellent. Owner himself came for the estimate. Workmen were professional. Everything went as planned. At the end, there was one place where I wanted the fence hung a bit lower. Owner explained, respectfully, why he felt it should stay the way they had installed it. I wanted it moved anyway, which he did in a pleasant manner. No attitude, no problems. very professional.

Very punctual and professional. From the original meeting, to the estimate, till the completion of the work. Never a problem. This was the second time I used them. I wish all service companies were this dedicated and responsive.

It went very well. Their initial quote didn't seem in line with previous discussions, but we were able to work something out. Sal was responsive and available. They were flexible at the time of installation and made some minor changes as we walked through everything. There was one part of the installation we wanted changed after the fact, where it seemed obvious it shpouldn't have been done the way it was. We emailed and they fixed it the next morning. The installation crew was nice and professional. The work is solid, and if we need another fence we'll call them.

I can't fault any part of this company's performance, from the price (granted, we got a bit of deal because it's off-season) to the professionalism of Tony and his staff, to the speed of install, despite deep snow! Very impressed. Would recommend them to anyone.

My husband just purchased our first home and our priority was making the yard safe for our dogs. Pressed for time and trying to get the project done before the bad weather, Campanella really came through for us. Paul came out to give us an estimate immediately, and the job was done about a week later. The guys that showed up on-site were prompt and professional, Paul also came out to monitor things for a bit. They finished the job in one day and left us with a sturdy, aluminum fence... exactly what we wanted. What I liked most about the company is that they did exactly what we asked and showed up on time!! We have not had the opportunity to really use the fence yet as we haven't moved in permanently, but I'm sure the dogs will love it! I felt Campanella was a bit more expensive than some other quotes we had received but barely. To us, it was worth spending a bit more to go with a company we felt we could count on.

Set up an appt for an estimate. Guy comes out here on a Saturday. We walk the property and I tell him what I need. He tells me the estimate will be ready by that Tuesday. By the end of the following week, no estimate. Not a big deal...so I call and am told it will be ready by that afternoon. Received no estimate. Still not a big deal...call after that weekend and again am told that the guy doing it was out on a job and it will be ready that afternoon. Great. That afternoon I receive a one sentence email "I have decided not to bid on this job." No reason why, no explanation...nothing but just that. I described the (conventional job) to the president when I stopped by to look at their fences. No problems....really wanted our business. The guy who came out never said there were any issues. Then when the estimate (that I have to call multiple times just to get) is supposed to be sent out....."Im not going to bid on the job." I wouldn't have minded if they told me that when I asked for an estimate or when the guy came out....but this is extremely unprofessional. They even quoted me the price of the materials when I came into ask for the estimate. All that was left to do was figure out the labor. So if you want to take a chance of wasting your valuable time...give them a call and ask for an estimate.

We have an odd shaped yard and needed pros to do the job right. We weren't really sure how to go about it but with their help the process was very easy. It took a bit of time for the fence to be constructed but overall the turnaround time was good and we are so pleased with the end results. The fence looks great, is built really well and perfectly secures our dogs which was our primary motivation.

Campanella was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Paul was very helpful with the quote and setting up the installation (even got me in a week early due to a cancellation in their schedule). His team was courteous, professional, and did a fantastic job. The fence looks great and their price was below competitors' bids. I would definitely consider using them again for future projects.

This was our second time working with Campanella Fence. Both times, Sal Campanella came to work up the quote. He was knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. Our first experience was several years ago with the installation of a privacy fence on a home we own in Beacon. Great job! This job on our home in Buchanan took three days. The crew WORKED! Not one time was there a cell phone being checked or someone standing around. Their work ethic is exemplary! We are very happy with the finished product and with the care they took in performing the service: arrived on time, worked diligently, and left the work site clean. We just sat back and admired the new fence. The job was all pros, no cons.

Great staff from start to finish. Everyone from estimate to finish (including secretary in the office) were helpful, kind and professional!!!!! Only one snafu. I requested that fence be taken down in sections due to my dog running away. The whole thing was removed and for three days I had to fight to keep my dog from going on to the next street. Would recommend and use them again. I had the opportunity to use Campanella fence again this week. Paul is FANTASTIC!!! I drove him absolutely crazy. He was spot on with his recommendations. My house is the best looking on the block. Paul has the patience of a saint and worked with me to make me happy. He personally came during installation to ensure that my drainage system did not get disturbed. I recommend Campanella without reservation. Thanks Paul!

from the initial visit to estimate the cost of fencing to the final installation , campanella fencing was excellent to work with and provided professional installation. Paul was very responsive and kept us informed of their work schedule, especially when we ran into winter weather delays ( in December ). The crew were courteous and very responsive when asked to take extra precautions due to a young puppy on the property. We are very satisfied with the fence and would not hesitate to highly recommend campanella fence.

The crew worked amazingly fast with confidence. The existing fence was removed cleanly and the new fence installed over two days. They were attentive and mindful to securing property overnight and were back early the next day to complete the installation. Within a week, they returned to install a special order gate and were willing to do the installation when we were not home. Due to their performance, we were secure that the job would be done properly. In addition, they were open to on the spot changes and accommodated the changes with pleasure. The overall experience was a positive one. The price was a little more than we had in our budget, but the customer service was a comfort.

They moved quickly and it looks great. We called a couple of other companies that came out but then never responded back with an estimate, so we went with Campanella, who seemed very interested in performing the job, unlike the other companies. Honestly, because the others didn't get back to me, I can only assume Campanella was a fair price. He actually came down a bit when we negotiated the deal. We are very happy with the finished product!
