They were very responsive and provided an estimate over the phone. They arrived right on time and spent an impressive 3 hours working non-stop. He even whistled while he worked. Great attitude. My carpet is over 20 years old and I was on the fence about replacing it, but this carpet cleaning brought it back to life. Not only is it thoroughly clean, but the crushed carpet in high traffic areas has bounced back and it looks good to go for a while longer. They even sent a hand-written "thank you" note a week later. There's nothing like supporting a small local business!

Contact by phone was friendly and a very quick convenient appointment was set. He was prompt, very personable and worked very diligently to complete the job. Excellent service manner and we will recommend him and have him back.

I found them on the list and I thought that they were excellent. I think I spent about $200 on that service. They were punctual, very professional and they came when they said they were going to. They were actually here twice and they did a really good job. They even sent me a thank you note, they were really nice to work with. I would use them again.

The company was booked up for weeks when I called, but they worked us into their schedule on a Saturday. John, the company representative, arrived on time, removed the furniture and completed the job in less than two hours. He was as pleasant and professional as anyone I have ever hired.

This service was nothing short of AMAZING. The setup of the appointment by Barry was very friendly, and accurate. Barry called back to ensure we were ready for John to ccome, recommended what to do to prepare for his visit, and gave a 2 hour window for John to be coming. John came 10 minutes before the end time of the 2 hour estimate. He was EXTREMELY professional, personable, and a hard worker. He gave the estimate to us right after asking us exactly what we wanted done - VERY reasonable. John then went to work and really WORKED to get our carpet and chairs as clean as possible. We have a cream colored Berber carpet that had dirt trails up and down the stairs and into the kitchen that I've tried many time with my carpet cleaner rental to get out with little success. There were also noticeable stains on certain areas of the carpet. John AMAZINGLY virtually eliminated the trails and got rid of the stains! UNBELIEVABLE!!! the caroet looks almost brand new! The chemicals used were environmentally safe And left a brief citrus smell. John worked for nearly 3 1/2 hours - never taking a break, always having a pleasant, personable demeanor. When he was done - he cleaned up afterwards, and made sure we were completely satisfied. He really seemed to enjoy his work and satisfying our requests and expectations! To top it all off, we just received a HANDWRITTEN Thank You Note, thanking us for using them and how BLESSED they were having us as a customer. We got this just 2 days from when John was here. Would I use them again? ABSOLUTELY!!!!! I'm Telling Everyone I know about Aardvark Carpet Cleaning!!! Thank you SO MUCH JOHN & BARRY!!!!

They did a great job, the carpets in the three rooms now look like new. Scheduling was easy and prompt, and the person who came out to do the work was fantastic--courteous, professional, and agreeable. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

I'm somewhat embarrased that there were pet stains on the carpet and I was sure they wouldn't come out. I was "shocked" to see the carpet look as good as new! No kidding!

Aardvark was amazing! They got us in quickly, did outstanding work and were extremely professional. They got our carpets really really clean (much cleaner than Stanley Steamer) and they really do a great job drying the carpet too (there's some special technique they use). This is a company where they really care about doing quality work and about their customers. Whenever I see grime on our carpet now, I am completely relaxed and I just think, '"I'll call Aardvark and they'll deal with this!" They also have a coupon every month and they automatically included that in the final price. I was extremely pleased with their work!

I knew we had made the right decision on chosing Aardvark right from the initial phone contact. I could tell the owner has great pride in the service they provide, and I can tell you they far exceeded our expectations. John arrived on time. Our living room, dining room and hallway were done in about an hour and a half, and dried completely within hours. It looked brand new. Even a very large, old chocolate milk stain was gone. Fabulous service, by fabulous people, at a fabulous price. We will never need to look elsewhere for carpet cleaning service.

They were punctual and the guy that came to my house was very neat and professional looking. He was very polite and I have no complaints whatsoever. They took care of each and every spot that existed on the rugs. I called that morning to verify that they were coming and they were there at exactly 1 o'clock. I will most absolutely be calling them again.

We called Aardvark on a Saturday, and they were able to fit us into their schedule the following Monday. They arrived when they said they would and spent several hours working on our carpets doing a very through job of it. When it was time to settle the bill, I noticed that John had given us a discount, but I decided to pay the pre-discount price, because the work had been so professional and thorough. It's two weeks later now, and the carpets still look like new. We have pale beige carpets in two of our rooms, and it is a relief to have found someone who can take such good care of them. It was a real pleasure dealing with them. I have been recommending this service to all of my friends and neighbors.

I have to start this going back at least 10 years or more. I found AArdvark in the yellow pages and needed carpets cleaned for Thanksgiving, as were were having a house full of company. I called several places, and either the prices were not within my budget, or the other companies I called could not come before the holiday. I was about to give up, when I saw this number for AArdvark, They came in about 2 days as I recall, cleaned a massive amount of carpet as the house was about 2600 sq feet, and the price was very reasonable. They WOWED me. They were so professional, on time, polite, clean, honest, how many ways can I say it. I had them clean my carpets ever since then. When we moved to our home in Baldwinsville, 5 years ago, We had them here as well, until we took out most of the carpet as it was white and there were hardwoods under the carpet, When we put carpet in the basement, where my grandchildren play, we had them back again, I will always call Aardvark, because they are very honest, trustworthy, I would trust them with everything that I own. We cannot say enough good things about John and Barry.

I will not call anyone else for this service except Aardvark. This company is by far the best I have ever had. Mr Howery worked right along. He moved furniture that I asked him to. His method including extracting water after he cleaned the carpets. My rugs were left with little water when he was done. I was able to walk on them within 2 - 3 hours. They looked great. His prices were reasonable. John was polite and courteous. He was punctual, and I was comfortable having him in my home.
