WONDERFUL! John was great, he really did a thorough job deep cleaning all of my carpets. I've had them done by other professional services, no comparison to the job he did. While he was here, I decided to have my oriental rug cleaned as well, so glad I did! I've had professional oriental rug cleaners do it before, and the baked in stains never came out.. but this time they did! Everything looks brand new, carpet pile has been lifted, all prior stains that were hard to remove are all gone. I would highly recommend John, so happy!

Some of the carpets were extremely soiled, and when the job was done they looked fantastic! Spots gone, nice a fluffy pile. Great work! Recommend!

Very pleased with John and his services! HIGHLY recommended! He is courteous, professional, punctual, reliable, and hardworking! Our 11 year old cream carpets look so good and fresh! Recently stomach bug went through house so there were stains I couldn't seem to remove....they're gone! Dark greasy stains at top of stairs..gone! Rust stains from wet copper plant holder...gone! John told me he doesn't overbook so he can take the extra time to do a thorough job! Awesome work ethic and attention to detail! I wish all businesses were like this! Call him and see for yourself!

John was amazing. Punctual, professional, careful and cleaned thoroughly. Long time stains have disappeared. And everything was tidy. I've had teams from the chain cleaners in before and wondered if any dirt was even sucked up. With Aardvark you could see the extra effort, and attention to thoroughness and detail. You could see the cleanliness! He cleaned 7 large rugs (8x10s to 11x13s etc), two couches, two chairs. Wish I had him do more! His price was fair (and less than the chain cleaners.) I will definitely hire him again.

I've had the rug for over 20 years and it had been regularly vacuumed but had never been cleaned. It had a few stains and general worn-in dust. The rug looked new after it was cleaned. John was friendly, punctual, and professional. The chemicals used are environmentally friendly. There was absolutely no odor from them during or after the cleaning. I would definitely use the company again and recommend them.

Didn't , I call and left a message and he called me back. I ask him how he cleaned grout in a bathroom. He said with a brush in the corners and a machine on the rest. I told him that the machine don't do a great job cleaning the grout since the brushes don't do far enough down into the grout. He said I'm not your guy and hung up one . He needs to watch the best way to clean grout on you tube He shows cleaning all the grout with a small brush, not a big machine that clean the tile and not grout.

The is the 2nd time we've used John. He is through, punctual, effective in getting stains out of the carpet, High integrity, and great customer service! We are on a first name basis. He has cleaned our church on a weekly basis for several years. You will get a very reasonable price with Aardvark!

Just a wonderful hometown company to work with. His Dad still answers the phone and his son his happy to do a wonderful job for you. They have never let me down. So accommodating and friendly. Rugs are dry by the end of the the day. Would use them over and over again.
