The entire process from setting up appointment to completing the rug cleaning was excellent. John had called before the scheduled time to inform us he would be late by 1/2 hour or so and showed up at the new time.

They were prompt and did a good job and I was very satisfied.

Arrived on time after calling to confirm. Provider was neat and friendly. Equipment was first class Service was not rushed and very thorough. Carpet is now just like new. Will use this service provider again. We highly recommend them.

The owner was friendly. He answered all my questions. He told my approximately how long he would take and he was done within that time frame. He removed all the stains in my carpet. Price was great and he was NOT pushy to sell products, which I have encountered by the last company that cleaned the carpets a couple years ago.

they responded to my call promptly...arranged to have my carpets cleaned within a few days...father booked the job...son did the actual cleaning....very nice people....I have asked them to return to strip and seal a floor.

He arrived on time and spot checked fabrics to be sure cleaning would not damage fabric. He wore booties over his shoes and covered the floor of his work area. He went about his business with minimal disruption, was very personable and polite, and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend and will use their service in the future.

The job was excellent. John at Aardvark is a very good worker who showed up on time and moved right along. My rugs all turned out great. John has great attention to detail and didn't cut corners. The area rugs were cleaned on top AND THE BOTTOM AND HARDWOODS SWEAPED CLEAN!! It was easy to get on schedule and they also were able to swap me in on a cancellation they had so I got in that much sooner. My house is on the market so this meant a lot to me at the moment.

My dog had some "accidents" in two of our rooms during the night, and we woke up to some pretty bad messes that I was unable to get clean. I called Barry in the morning, and even though they were booked throughout the day, John was able to come around 5:00 to clean our carpets. Since it was so late in the day, I told John that if he only had time for spot cleaning, that would be ok, but he still stuck around and cleaned both rooms beautifully. I did some preliminary moving of small furniture, but John took care of mostly everything. It took about 2 hours, and the carpets looked almost brand new. There were some old stains that he apologized for not being able to get out, but they had been there since we moved in to the house! He was very thorough, very polite, and even humored my 5 and 7 year old boys when they pestered him with question after question. The carpets were essentially dry by morning, but we stayed off of them for 24 hours just to be sure. He did such a fantastic job, that we had friends come over that weekend who thought we got new carpets. I would absolutely use them again, and they offer a clean one room get one room free for Angie's List customers. They even sent a very nice card in the mail, thanking us for choosing them - very professional! Great job! Kathy

Went very well, the carpet was left very clean, fresh and without a lot of water residue as I've had in the past. Couldn't believe how much cleaner it was.

I called Aardvark cleaning services in the late afternoon the week of January 13th and my call was very promptly returned. We set up an appointment to have them give us a quote on cleaning all my carpets. They arrived promptly to the appointment and gave us a very competitive quote for cleaning all the carpets. Total rooms cleaned were: Living room, Family room, den, hallway, four bedrooms, a bonus room and about 1000 square feet of basement carpets. The gentleman cleaning my carpets was very friendly and they even wrote us a thank you note which they sent in the mail to my house. Very positive experience.

The did an exceptionally good job in reasonable amount of time, left the house as they found it and the pieces dried in the approximate amount of time they said they would. I would most definitely hire them again.

I was pleased with my initial call to set up the service. I spoke with Barry, who was very polite, friendly and easy to talk with. He explained their services in detail and we arranged an appointment for the following week. I had to re-schedule due to a conflict on my calendar and he was quite understanding and made it easy to set a new appointment, just one day later. His son John called when he was on his way and arrived right on time. He was very friendly and professional, got right to work, even doing a section of carpet I hadn't intended to include but which contained a stain. He did a splendid job. I was so glad to have this job done so well he left with a box of my freshly baked cookies still warm from the oven!

He came when expected,, did an outstanding job considering the carpets were 20 yrs. old. When done they looked like new. Very professional. Would use again.

I couldn't record this company more highly. From first phone call to completed work a was excellent. John, the owner is pleasant, professional, and easy to work with. I had paid over twice as much to have the orientals cleaned in the past and they looked fat better this time. Even old pet urine stains were lightened (impossible to remove) and something was applied which had kept my dog from revisiting the areas. I unequivocally recommend Asrdvak and wouldn't even consider calling anyone else.

After calling he returned phone call, which I missed and he called back the next day in am. Set up an appointment to come look at carpets and floors and give estimate, came three days later, on time, gave me a great price and then did my carpets and floors that same day. It was slightly noisy, but went in other room and it was fine. Spots removed from carpets, although some water spots remain on upstairs carpet, but to his credit he did state it may not come out , but they look so much nicer. Everything smelled good. Didnt like that water went down toilet from his machine, but he said he had been doing it that way for years. He was fast, pleasant and put everything up on blocks after cleaning rooms with furniture. I would recommend him and will call this business again for spring cleaning....they also were very good about letting me know other services that they provide which was great.....wood floors will be the chore next time!

Aardvark cleaning services, from the first phone call were simply great! Very courteous on the phone and very flexible with our work schedule. Did an amazing job cleaning our furniture. Looks new again! They use only "green" products that are safe around our shiba inu dogs (as well as any other pets). Furniture dried in reasonable time. Looks and feels great! Will use them again and would recommend them highly. Loved that when he came into the home to clean, he put on protective booties over his shoes to protect our hardwood floors! Little things like that leave such an impression. The professionalism and detail from this company is outstanding. Thank you again.
