Great experience. He came the next day which was a Sunday. Fixed all problems. Price was very reasonable. Cheaper than having to take everything apart and take it to a store. Has a great deal of knowledge. Would highly recommend.

This is SO much nicer that having to disconnect your computer and haul if off to a store that charges you at least $100 to even look at it and that does not include repairs. Very affordable and convenient!
Description of Work: He came to my home and took care of the issues on my desktop computer and my laptop and was able to give me advice as to how to keep my computers in good working order.

I called at a good time as Brian was in his car so he headed right over and in less than an hour my computer was back to working like it is supposed to work, without all the annoying ads that were overtaking it every time I got on line. I was constantly being redirected to ads trying to sell me so many unwanted products and it was becoming a real pain. Brian got rid of all of it, and installed C cleaner so I can run this in the future so it shouldn't happen again. Thank you, thank you. He is worth calling plus I didn't have to disconnect all the wires on the back of my computer to take it in to a shop. A wonderful experience. Great guy!
Description of Work: fixed my computer from all the annoying viral ads that were overtaking it. Applied an app that I can use to rid future problems that will develop, and got rid of the ads on Facebook.

I called & left a message about the problem Saturday morning. Bryon called back a few hours later & we arranged a time on Sunday for him to come by my house. He was right on time & started to work. While he worked, he clued me in on the changing world of spamming, malware, internet security and ways to protect oneself. I was a little leery about having a stranger come to my house, but his other good reviews convinced me to give him a try and now I too can attest to his knowledge and honesty.
Description of Work: I had a message on my laptop saying a virus had been detected which required me to buy anti-viral protection software. It blocked all other access to my computer. Bryon looked for, found and deleted the malicious code and had the laptop operational again in about a half hour.

I am very pleased with the performance of my new desk top computer and Bryon's knowledge and professionalism. The parts took a little longer than expected so I received the computer a week or so later than originally thought, but the wait was worth it. The new computer was delivered to my home and the set up process was completed in about 1 hour. During that time, Bryon patiently explained the steps in the set up process as well as answering my many questions.

My sister was unable to send or receive e-mails or use her laptop in any way. I found AAA Computer Repair on Angie's List and was impressed with all the very positive reviews so I passed the information on to my sister. She contacted Bryon, he was able to come to her apartment at a time that was convenient for her and in under an hour was able to diagnose and clean up significant malware that was paralyzing her laptop. My sister was very impressed with Bryon's knowledge and professionalism and stated that she would definitely call him the next time she has need of assistance with her computer.

HW incompatibilities necessitated a reload of Windows Vista OS and a rebuild of the HDD. There were some issues with loading some of the original HW drivers and support files. All were resolved promptly when Bryon was notified and at no additional cost. Laptop is now up and functioning to expectations.
Description of Work: Troubleshot and fault isolated failure on a Dell XPS M1730 Laptop to a failed video card: the reason for the service call. Replaced failed video card with new upgraded card. After consultation I authorized Installation of a solid state hard drive and as well as backup on board HDD given the age of the existing original HDD. Bryon also upgraded the OS from Windows Vista to Windows 7.

Thanks for the review! This customer had a very high end laptop ($3,500 when purchased) and the video card replacement alone was $425! We talked and figured that since we upgraded the video card, upgrading to a new Solid State hard drive made sense as it 'completed' the laptop and kept it powerful for even today's standards. This customer was very detail oriented and it was a pleasure to be able to get his system back the way he liked it!

Great service and really quick. From the time I called him to when we completed our business it was 1 week, Plus it was a holiday week. A lot better service than I have had in the past. Will keep his number handy for future use, hopefully not too soon though.
Description of Work: Tried to fix my corrupted laptop. when it was clear it was too far gone he offered me a deal on a newer laptop with some upgrades you can't get in the average retail store. He even was able to recover most of my important files and load them onto the new laptop before delivery. He even made sure the wi-fi was all set up properly.

It went great!! Bryan is very knowledgeable with all things computers. I am fairly experienced with computers but it is worth the little he charges to check my work. He is able to do projects in minutes that will take me hours. I have used AAA a few times and every experience has been great!! Now that I am a customer he has been able to help me over the phone no charge. I found AAA on Angie's List and I am very happy that he is my computer guy!!!

He found that the problem was the memory and replaced that and got rid of some malware. He also set up my printer. The next day I was having some problems and called him and he told me how to fix it over the phone.

Appointments were made and confirmed. We were advised when Bryon was on the way. He addressed our needs and concerns in a very professional way. He made good suggestions but left the choice as to how to proceed up to us. He made things easy for us to understand and we feel confident that we can contact him with any future questions.
Description of Work: We called AAA Computer Repair to address the slowness of our present desktop computer system. After a careful review, they advised that there was very little that could be done to upgrade/improve the nine year old computer. We requested that they order and customized a Lenovo laptop for us. This was completed within a week. They also transferred all the data from the old desktop and installed MS Office on the new laptop. We further asked that the hard drive in another laptop of ours be upgraded and that Windows 8 be installed. Old information was backed up and restored. A new version of Quicken was installed and all data from the original desktop was transferred. We discussed the advantages of using Carbonite as a backup system. Our general questions were answered to our satisfaction.

Overall it was a very satisfying request for help. We called him and originally left message on his answering machine. He called us back several days later and fixed the problem by accessing our computer from his office and fixed the problem by changing the printer from landscape to portrait. We are very satisfied. This was done again at no cost. He has done thie for us before.
Description of Work: Bryon called back in answer to problem on printer. He accessed my computer by remote control from his office and found and fixed the problem. Printer was defaulting to landscape and we wanted portrait. He made the adjustment and it is working fine. We bought our computer from Bryon and he has been very generous with his time and expertise in helping us with any problems we have had. We are very satisfied.

Very happy with Bryon services from start to finish. Returned my call within 24 hrs (called back on Thanksgiving) and was at my house the next day. Was able to quickly diagnose that my computer's memory was shot. He replaced the memory on the spot (increased from 4g to 8g). The computer is running great!! He charged a fair price for the new memory sticks and the service preformed. Bryon is very knowledgeable about computers. I will be using AAA Computer again when I upgrade my systems. Thanks Angie's list for the lead!!!!

SONY VAIO quit working two months out of mdr warranty. Geeks said was a bad motherboard, very expensive to repair or replace. AAA diagnosed and quickly repaired the laptop, and I'm using it today.
