Bryan is a jewel! He is very professional, punctual and courteous. He responds to phone calls immediately (I had to reschedule my appt. because of illness) and arrives when he says he will. He patiently answered many questions I had as I am not well schooled in computers. As soon as I compile another list of questions I will definitely be calling for another appt. He even helped me with the IPad.

Bryon was professional but friendly. He set up several items for me, ie: a second printer, my tablet, set up my WiFi. He checked out my PC as it had become quite sluggish. He said he could upgrade it to where it would be much faster. I also had the option to upgrade to Windows 10. I was very happy to hear that. He took my PC, said he would return on Sunday and sure enough he was true to his word. He set it back up, helped me navigate a little as it was so new to me. My PC is so much much faster, everything else works perfectly and I love it. He is now my new Computer Tech.

Brian is a great guy, quick to respond and aware of costs and does not try to sell you services/things you don't need. I am technically challenged and lost when it comes to computers and gadgets in general. Brian has come to my rescue many times, checking my devices for proper virus protection, updates, unwanted downloads and other problems. He is fast to respond and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. He does not talk down to me or make me feel uncomfortable about my lack of knowledge, he is sincere, honest and affordable. Purchased a deal through Angie's List for 90 minutes of on-site service for an intermittent problem with my computer. Bryon was responsive to my needs and schedule. He was extremely helpful and took time to explain the situation. Also offered a lot of general assistance. I highly recommend his services.

I was having trouble with my computer mouse pad. He took care of that and checked the computer overall. He informed me that my computer was in good shape. He was very professional and helpful in showing me how to do things such as putting a system restore on my desktop.

Brian essentially gave me a new computer with the changes he made, and as I worked with the computer and discovered there were small things that needed to be done in addition, he quickly and happily did them. In fact I,got busy and forgot to call and I he called me to check to see if I was ready for the work, which he did remotely. I can't say enough good things about him and his work. He is friendly, extremely competent and again, the best computer expert I've worked with EVER!!! I am recommending his service to all my friends and colleagues.

Refurbishment proved impossible, which's mainly what I wanted to find out--barring any improvements that otherwise could've been made. I also learned at long last that essentially computers in general barely qualify as 'durable goods' as Mr. Haake explained: motors and all mechanics inside the vast majority of hard-drives are practically designed to fail in about five years time, so everyone has to keep up with the ever-migrating 'up-grade' stampede or get trampled under [hoof? ; ] & those are the only 'virtual'(?) options regardless of greater, genuine conservative personal, socio-economic and ecologically sustainable values. A valuable learning experience indeed, and no wonder the overwhelming majority of other computer technicians are so cagey about all this fast-tracking, supposed 'tech-no-logic' progress. No one in my decade+a-half experience with computer o.s. maintenance and professional technicians has ever previously admitted or conceded that global, corporate profiteering 'hardware wars' reality as opposed to persistently side-stepping a fundamental consideration respecting consumers' right to know!
