The owner and his staff are polite punctual and provide excellent customer service. He delivered a dumpster to my home in less that 1 hour from my initial call. I have recommended this company to several individuals.

Because I had other work being done outside, I had to change the date twice when A Plus was to come. There was no problem with my re-scheduling and the service man arrived on time (with a phone call check 15 minutes prior to his arrival) and was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and gave me good advice for the future. He went up on the roof, cleaned out debris, put the gunk in a large bucket and flushed the gutters. Because the gutters were old and tended to come apart, he repaired the joints with screws (not an easy task considering their age) and checked to be sure that the repairs held as he flushed them again, using full water force. He hosed off my brick patio and tidied up the roof. His suggestion was to install new guttering on my old house, but since his company does not do this, his comments were not a sales pitch. It is clear that I do need new gutters, but I will continue to use A Plus for cleaning them on a once/twice yearly basis. The serviceman was young, but clearly he not only knows his job, but also how to problem solve and communicate. I could not have asked for better service and I recommend A Plus without reservation.

Just bought a house about 12 years old. Noticed on last rainfall the gutters seeping over. Don't even have trees in vicinity. Called these guys, and Lester and another worker came out climbed on the roof of my colonial, and used a hose and high pressure sprayer end to clear out my gutters and wash them out. They were terribly clogged and probably never cleaned before. They did a great job and even put in missing screws and cleaned everything up and rinsed any filthy areas. Price was reasonable as I do not like to climb on the roof. Definitely go with these guys.

It went well. I took pictures of the mess and the area in our garage. He came over on a Saturday morning, cleaned it all out and went on his way. He gave us a nice magnet for our fridge that shows all of his services. We'd use him again.

Lester provided an approximate estimate over the phone. He promptly visited my house and gave me a final quote including the tear down and haul away. They got there as promised and performed their job thoroughly. Afterwards he texted me a picture of the cleaned out garage. Even though I was not there at the time, the job was performed professionally and with integrity. I like that A Plus can perform a number of different services and I appreciate their professionalism and fair prices. They're a great resource. I will use them again.

Cleaned gutters at the rear of the house - about 40 feet long, as well s removing leaves from chimney grate. They always do a very good job, including washing out the gutters and making sure they flow freely.

We received the dumpster on time. He picked it up on the day we requested. Everything went well. I would recommend this company ro anyone.

Lester is very professional and showed up when he said he would be there. He got right to work and completed both jobs very quickly. They did a great job. The shed was packed full of junk and they got it all taken care of and swept up as they went along. I would use their service again withuot hesitation.

I was really impressed with these hard working young men. Lester and his brother Joe arrived for an estimate but were prepared to handle the work on the spot. The price seemed fair so we had them proceed. This house is new to us and we really did not know the condition of the dryer except that it seemed to take an unusually long time to get clothes dry. We knew the duct had lint in it but Lester recommended we go a step further and clean out the inside of the lint chute in the dryer itself. I'm glad he did because this was the real problem: years of accumulated lint sticking to the sides of chute. He replaced the entire length of duct (15') rather than clean it. I thought he worked smart. Our gutter downspouts were plugged, but he went further and checked all the attachments, swept off the roof and unplugged and reshaped some crushed leaders as well. Very thorough job. They cleaned up and took their debris with them. I'd use them again, and recommend you consider them for your next job.

Joe, brother of owner Lester, arrived on time. He was meticulous in his preparation and execution. When Joe finished in 2. 5 hours, I used 4200 psi was good.

The owner was very nice and courteous. Our plans changed so we cancelled at this time. I will definitely call back when/if we need his services.

Great. Delivery of dumpster was on time. He appologized for the dumpster being older. It worked great despite being old. Pick up was on time. Delivery man was curtious and friendly and explained all details. Great service. My neightbor hired A plus the following week. Great job!

They were good. They were really fair and had straightforward pricing. They showed up on time and did everything they needed to do.

My interaction with them was very good. My experience with them was excellent. They are very professional. I like that they came when they said they would and dropped it off when they said they would and also picked it back up when they said they would. Their price is a little high.

.The service was great and professional. They provided a list explaining what could nd could not be put into the dumpster and the items (such as tires) they would accept and charge an additional fee. The dumpster was delivered on time, left on wood platform so it would not damage the driveway.

They did a very good job and were punctual and quick, we are very happy with this company and will use them next year!

After a minor miscommunication about when the job would start, Lester arrived and got down to work immediately. He first cleared the dryer vent which was a seriously overdue job. It took nearly two hours of work to get it cleared out, and, at my request, he went to the trouble of replacing part of the duct work. The area above the dryer where he had to extract the old duct work was fairly constricted and took some patience to maneuver. He never batted an eye. Lester also made a point of using aluminum tape to seal the duct work because the older ducts had been sealed with tape that had gluey material, which melts in the heat and adds to congestion in the piping. I appreciated his attention to detail. The dryer has run far more efficiently since Lester worked on it. Best of all, I have peace of mind that we've reduced the chances of a fire. His brother, in the meantime, cleaned and flushed out our gutters. He worked quietly and quickly. The team then worked together to remove a piece of cedar siding that had come undone during a recent roofing job. And they removed and replaced burnt out outside flood lamps, helping us to identify a circuit breaker as the source of the problem in one case. They worked diligently and efficiently, and I paid exactly what we'd agreed on, even though the dryer vent seemed to take much longer than had been anticipated. They also put in the lights free of charge. Lester uses a hands-free phone to communicate with customers while in the midst of tasks, and I had no objection to this practice. He is incredibly focused even while multi-tasking. The demand for his work, too, suggests the quality of his work. I was relieved to get these jobs done and grateful for the professionalism of the work provided by A+ Services.

Lester came out to give us a free estimate to remove garbage and construction debris from two locations. He was very fair and pleasant to work with and was able to remove the items at the time of the estimate. Lester is a very nice guy and extremely hard working. He loaded an entire dumpster within and hour and was very careful to get any small items. We will use him again and again and would highly recommend his services!

I was desperate! I am having furniture delivered today and the person that was going to help me take the furniture to the garage (I was still going to have to get it hauled away) was unable to help. Monday night after being quoted upwards of $180 by another company, I called Lester. He promptly came over the next day and took everything out himself! For only $100. I couldn't be happier! A+ does many other services and I plan to have my gutters cleaned in the fall ($130 again below other estimates!). As a single parent, I'm so happy I called A+! I will absolutely use them again!

Lester said he'd have two men prime and stain my deck which would take 2-3 days. One guy showed up, and it took him several days more than I was told because he kept having to leave for personal reasons and wouldn't show up on days he said he would. I paid Lester half the fee before the work was started and paid Bob the other half the day he said he was done. All in cash. Live and learn. Should never have paid Bob before inspecting the deck thoroughly as he left it unstained in a several places. You could see the primer in between the boards, the step up to the pool deck was completely left unstained, the board on the bench was not nailed down as Lester said it would be, and there were and are many places where you can see brush marks. The whole deck needed another coat. I called Lester about this and Bob finally came out to make it right. He said he wouldn't have been happy with the job either. ?? He did it!! He slapped a bit of stain here and there and left. I wasn't home when he did it to inspect it before he left. I still was not happy with the job. So the spring comes around and the stain is peeling in several spots right down to the bare wood. I emailed Lester about this several weeks ago and received no response. He obviously doesn't care about the reputation of his company or having satisfied customers as long as he gets his money. I even told him in the email that I'd be submitting a report to Angie's List if he didn't do something about my situation. No reply. That says it all in my opinion.

He placed planks under the dumpster to protect the blacktop and left plenty of room for my using the other half of the driveway. He returned money from my deposit after the dumping, with a receipt to prove the actual dumping fee.
