Lester was really great. Arrived on time and called when he was on the way. He and his worker did a great job with the gutters, even tightening all the loose bolts and cleaning out the downspouts. They took away all the debris they cleaned out and didn't leave any mess. He was very friendly and very honest. I would hire them again no question.

Really well. There was a problem with the way the gutters were installed a few years ago. The gutters were not catching the rain off the roof properly. They will return later to do the repair job...

Lester and (I believe) his brother got to the house late in the afternoon when the days were short and cold, but got my very messy and clogged gutters cleaned out as well as the patio, which has a lot of leaves (Didn't ask them to do it and I wasn't charged). I have used A + before and will again.

Excellent work. The cleaning itself went quickly and smoothly, but the tubing went into the crawl space under the house and had fallen apart, so he had to fit those back together first, which took most of the time. We didn't need the dryer itself to be cleaned, so he worked only on cleaning out the tubing.

Great job from first contact to completion -- professional, friendly, helpful, and excellent quality of work. I have covered gutters, but the downspout keeps clogging, and I can't get up to the second story. They used a leaf blower to blow all debris off the roof, then removed the covers and flushed all remaining gunk from the gutters, which are now free-flowing.

A-Plus services gets an "A+" rating from me. They responded to my initial inquiry quickly, were on time for the scheduled gutter cleaning, and they completed the job in a very reasonable period of time. All of the gutters look good (from what I can see from the ground!), and all the downspouts were properly reattached. I was unable to meet with their employees, but the person who met with them for me reported that they were very polite and pleasant, and that they seemed to genuinely care about doing a good job. Even better, I was able to take advantage of the coupon that they offer on this website ($189 for less than or equal to 150 linear feet of gutters, with gutter clean-up, "tune-up," and roof debris removal)! It was definitely a very good value. I will definitely hire this company again in the future!

The owner called us on a Saturday and said that he would be there to quote the job within a half hour. You could have set your watch by him. Said they would be there early Monday morning. They were there at 8:30 a.m. on Monday. Not only did they remove the 3 limbs in question, they removed other limbs that were questionable in future winds storms. They trimmed the tree and cleaned up everything around the base of the tree so that we could once again get a mower under it. Due to very wet yard, we asked that they not bring heavy equipment in the fenced in area....They didn't! Harley (the owner) and one helper put the debris on a cart and wheeled it outside the fence where they had a chipper waiting. Highly Recommend this company!!!!

Lester and assistant performed all the agreed upon services on the spot after inspection and quoting the cost. Completely cleaned the yard and deck of all debris. Pleased with all services performed.

Second time using Lester for the annual gutter clean out. Even better, he did the work while we were away, just had to leave the check in the door. This is a huge value to me given that I work in an office during the times (M-F) when most contractors are available to do work. They did okay but I do not know if they have two different groups. I talked to one gentleman and there was an issue with the date. Two young guys came along and did the job. The gentleman came the other day to find out what we had decided on. It was kind of odd. We later saw a few other providers who were cheaper on the site. They came when they said they would come.
