They did a good job. They were timely and polite. The only other comment I have is that perhaps the cost is a bit high for twenty minutes of work.

I purchased this for a fixed rate via the "Big Deal" section of Angie's List and was able to schedule the work entirely online. I was given a 1:30 hour window where work would be completed, and a crew of 3 showed up and completed the work within that window, even though there was a thunderstorm earlier in the afternoon. The work was completed very efficiently, and included a couple of minor repairs thrown in as well as a discussion of a couple of larger repairs that I should look into getting done. I was impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of the crew - I would definitely recommend this company and use their services again.

Provider set up the appointment via email, but unfortunately had to change the date and time at the last minute which is why they get a B on punctuality. Crew did a nice job cleaning the gutters and downspouts and also replaced the heating wire (to prevent ice build-up) along the roof edge while they were up on their ladders. They didn't go on the upper roof to address moss (which would have been an extra charge that we were willing to pay) as they don't go above the second floor level. But this is something they tell you right at the start. Price was fair for the work performed.

Great job - Lester sized up the job quickly and we agreed on the price. He and his associate went to work immediately and the job was done right, quickly. They cleaned up thoroughly. I would recommend A-Plus but remember these guys are busy, so be prepared as the home owner to go over the job quickly and if you agree be prepared for them to start working fast. although the guys were delayed due to some vehicle problems and a difficulty with the prior job they were on, once they arrived both guys were efficient and informative about the process and pointed out some issues without any pressure to secure their services for additional repairs. I felt they performed all the required service and more by trying to flush out my plugged up drain pipe that was underground. I was very pleased with the whole process and would definitely use them again.

Lester always does a great job. Will be hiring his services again!

The other service that I used is A Plus Services. They actually do everything,. they do graph, they do snow, they remove dumpsters. I called them at 8:30 and he was here by 9 o'clock with the dumpster. Any other place that I called either didn't answer me back or you could only have it for a day or 2 days and then the price increased. With them it was like you have it for 7 days for one price. He came and picked it up the day I asked them to. He was awesome. I have recommended him to a million people. I had them twice. I have to call him to do some tree removal for me. They removed appliances from my basement and disposed off of them, one was a freezer that no longer worked and the other was a stove. The dumpster was 350 plus tax and that was the largest dumpster they had which was pretty par with the other prices that I saw except that you could keep it a week, other people it was just like 48 hours or something. I think it was 150 to remove both appliances and that included the fee because you have to pay extra fee for refrigeration, when you dispose of that. I found them on Angie's List. He had a lot of comments from people, he had like 20 comments and they were all positive and my experience was that I would recommend him to anyone. He is awesome. Lester actually came himself, the owner and I think he might have had one of his sons or nephews help him with the dumpster. He brought a whole crew to bring the appliances out, they were all very nice, they covered my floor. They wanted to make sure that they didn't scratch anything. They were great. I would grade them 'A' on everything.

Lester and his crew worked neatly and efficiently and I am very pleased with the service they provided.

Easy and prompt appointment- good cleaning- showed me a picture of the ionside of ventr after cleaning. For a small amount more- repaired the connection of vent to the dryer. Cleaned area when finished.

They did a good job but they forgot to put back on a gutter cover.

Lester and Joe were awesome. Lester responded to my call within 24 hours, arrived on time, and performed the job like a pro. He was super helpful, educating me on how to best maintain the dryer vent to prevent fire hazard and improve efficiency. I look forward to working with him again. He worked quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. Awesome experience.

Lester came within an hour! to pick up and dispose of unwanted mattress, sofa, filing cab, fluorescent lights, other items. Very polite, efficient, and careful workers. A bit expensive, but did a great job immediately when I needed it. Highly recommend.

Lester and team were fast, professional and courteous. They were running 10 minutes late and he called to tell me as much. They got the whole job done, including tightening the gutters, cleaning them out and flushing it out in less than hour. He was also very honest about my type of house and gutters not needing gutter guards and just to go with an annual flush out. I will be using Lester every year.

When merchant contacted and I explained the job on the gutter system at our home he stated there would be significant additional cost so I declined the offer.

A Plus Services arrived promptly on a rainy morning ready to clean the gutters. I haven't serviced the gutters since I purchased the house and we were both surprised to find the gutter guards were installed so that they couldn't be removed without possible damage to the gutters and/or roof and there was no access area. They took pictures so I could see where the issues were and also gave me some suggestions to follow. Wish I could have given them my business, but thankful for their honesty and help.

I was mistaken in my first review of this contractor. I misread the advertisement. The contractor stated his conditions, I did not read them thoroughly. My apologies.

We are very pleased with the service we received yesterday! Clogs in a portion of one of our gutters were removed and minor repairs performed. A Plus removed debris also. Highly recommend!

Lester did exactly what he said he would do, and he showed me how different things work, and he demonstrated how each gutter was now flowing. I will call him twice a year for help keeping my gutters flowing!

First of all, let me say what a polite young man Lester is: I haven't in many years been called SIR. That was very refreshing!!!! Lester visited me on the date and time that I scheduled for an estimate to remove (ALOT OF) construction debris from my basement. He gave me the quote, which included supplying the two dumpsters, AND the labor to remove same. He and his team arrived, a week later as promised, and performed their job thoroughly, professionally and the price was more than fair. He checked with me when the job was completed to make sure I was thoroughly satisfied. Which I was/am!!!! I appreciate those who perform a service and take the extra step to make sure the customer is satisfied, and the job is done properly. I WILL use them again, and refer them to family/friends!!! Lester was a pleasure to work with. He was accommodating and professional. He delivered our dumpsters on time, explained what could and what could not be placed in them, and answered our questions clearly and concisely. Pick was clean and efficient. Very professional. Spoke with Lester and we set a time to meet. His brother, Joe came out and gave me a fair price for the work. Did a very thorough job and made sure that everything was working well before leaving.
