Very well. I don't know the details but everything worked beautifully. He even recommended a product to me as my oil tank meter broke. Oh, I ran out of oil and it was Henderson's to the rescue. My best advice is to not let the oil get too low!

They diagnosed the problem and replaced part.

Excellent service. Jay was here the same day I called. Diagnosed the problem quickly, seeing that the flange seal wasn't seated properly when the toilet was first installed. Jay re-seated and took note of the assembly if the problem comes back so he can order a new seal. Looks like it's working fine. Nice guy, courteous, pleasant and professional. Will definitely use this company again.

They are excellent. Whenever I called them, they came and did the work. They did it very well. Their prices were very good, and I was just very pleased with them.

This is the second time in a month I have used this provider, and was not disappointed. A 2 member crew arrived on time. I showed them where the old oil burner was and they took over from there. They took care of everything. I am disabled and can not do anything to physical but they cleared the area so they could work and there was a lot of things in the way. I checked on them twice during the day to see if they needed anything (water, something to eat, information), but they needed nothing. They were here from about 8am to 5pm. These men were professional, efficient, clean, and took every old piece and scrap with them. In addition they diagnosed a problem I had with the wiring for which I needed an electrician. In the end I have great consistent hot water (I previously had to readjust the water temperature throughout my shower) and have heat. I researched the type of burner he was installing so I'm not expecting to have any problems. The burner is by Slant-fin model TR-30. Most burners come with a one year warranty but Slant-fin gives a 5 year warranty on their burner and component package, which helped in making my decision. Be aware that different providers install their chosen brand of equipment so do some research on the product before making the final decision on a provider.

James was very punctual and arrived 2 hours after I phoned him. You can't get anything better than that. He needed to replace the expansion tank, feed valve, relief valve and auto vent. When he was done, in about an hour, he called me to see the work and showed me every old part that was replaced. I felt confident the work was done and there was no more leak. Everything is working fine. He did recommend I get a cleaning in the next couple of weeks, It is about that time of year I usually have it cleaned. He also recommended that I consider getting a new burner. My present burner is only 12 years old so I am doing some research before I make that decision. He didn't seem to be pushing a new burner just giving me the condition from his experience. He was prompt, professional, personable, and left the area clean. I would use him again and would recommend him to friends.

Called them the owner called me back later the same day. He gave me an est. for the work over the phone. Worker called before he came was on time, was neat , friendly charged what he said he would.

The price was high compared to what we ended up paying. He was very nice. He was good. I had no problems with him. He came over the next day. He was quick. He charged us for $275 but that did not include the plug. I had my friend charge me for only $145 and he did a really good job.

They were wonderful. They came when I wanted them to come, came when they said they would. They worked hard and diligently. They charged me an appropriate amount and did not overcharge me. So I'm very happy with James Henderson Plumbing & Heating. The workers were pleasant. I couldn't run my water without it so they finished the job quickly. It was a hard job, they had to cut and and slice the pipes. They were appropriate. These people stayed for over an hour and charged me the same amount for a 10-minute work.

My experience with them was good and the job went fine. They were on time, he did what he estimated and the furnace worked fine. I would recommend them.

I called him and within an hour he was here. The worker who came was very experienced, and he was only here for about an hour.

The plumbers Zinna uses all seem to be highly qualified and accomplish the jobs expeditiously and neatly. They come promptly when called and are friendly and helpful in explaining what they are doing.. In fact, I would recommend them very highly in all regards save one. They are quite expensive. But if you want the job done well and expeditiously, by all means call them.

My wife was comfortable with them in the house. They were punctual and took the time to explain what they were doing. They are now our number one choice for plumbing.

The plumber who did the work was very friendly. He explained everything to me and suggested an additional valve to prevent pipe from freezing again next winter. He came on time and the same day they said he would. He was very neat and cleaned up .

Work was excellent and it was clear that the person doing it cared about quality, was highly skilled, and used the best materials.
