He was extremely considerate, and he treated my house as if it were his own. My house is small, and I only have one bathroom. The project took nine days. I was anticipating that there would be a big mess and a huge inconvenience. But even the demo was done very neatly and efficiently. Lou even took the time to re-connect the toilet each night so that I wouldn't be left without. Lou did an amazing job, and it was a pleasure working with him. He was willing to work after hours if needed to help get our finished basement back after we had suffered a sewage leak and had to wait until mitigation was complete. A 3-4 day job was complete in 2 days! And one of his workers, Carlos, from the second day stuck around to help me get the heavy and large items back into the basement.
