I hired them to build a small bathroom in the upstairs level of a home we purchased for our daughter. The last 4 months I have been in contact with a sales guy who keeps telling me "I'm hoping it will be On the truck on monday". That has been the story since December. And then he says, "im at the mercy of the warehouse". When I asked to speak to a manager I was told they aren't allowed to give that information. I think their goal is that we will just give up. Disgusted with this company. I would recommend anyplace else."
