when i called to make an appointment she was very professional, friendly and informative. we were lucky, he came and did the job about 3 days later. then he called and reviewed the job and told me to call if i had any problems when i got home and saw it. really nice outfit.

Called Doug from Angie's list and they arranged separate dates. First power washing left a whitish oxidation on vinyl siding in areas that sundried quickly. Doug came right back out the next week and took care of rewashing the area. No damage to house or surrounding flower beds, walkways etc. Window cleaning took place a couple of weeks later. Very neat, efficient one person job and the windows never looked so sparkling. Even my black lab couldn't tell when the slider was open and ran into the closed door...

Start to finish very well. Arrived on time and the two employees were professional throughout.

All of the work was impeccable. I can't praise Doug and his company enough. Usually workers will come and bump up the prices because of the nice neighborhood, Doug did not. You will be very pleased.

This was a great experience. I talked with Barbara in the office, to get a quote on prices and to set up a schedule. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. James and Stan arrived when scheduled. They were fully equipped and appeared and behaved in a totally professional manner. They removed the screens from the windows, and cleaned the windows and wiped down the sills. They took the screens outside and washed and dried them, then replaced them. Then they cleaned out the dryer vent hose with a purpose built wand and brush in several pieces. They bagged the lint and took it away. The whole job took just under three hours, and the windows were left sparkling.

They did a very good job. They did what they said they would do in a timely fashion, and the work was exactly as they said it would be. I was pleased with the work they did. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

I would highly recommend this company. My inquiry about their service was promptly responded to, the work was done on schedule and at a very reasonable price. The gentlemen who did the work were courteous, efficient and did an excellent job. The windows were so clean when they finished I wasn't even sure there was glass in them!

Called Doug from Angie's list. He came out and powerwashed the house. Sent me a bill as agreeed after he was done. Very satisfied would use him again.

Found Doug & his company through Angie's list, had to leave a message on the answering machine and we did play a bit of phone tag getting the power-washing and window- washing scheduled. When they heard I was hosting a party, they promised to schedule & complete everything prior to my party date. Our first scheduled date was a rain-out. Doug waited in the driveway for a while hoping the storm would pass. They came 3 days later and did power washing in the morning and the windows in the afternoon. They did an excellent job with both.

Both services were done in a precise plan and did not disrupt anything in or around my house. There was no mess or anything left behind and everything is clean and shiny in a very short period of time. Amazingly they were able to do all this in a couple of hours each day - one day with the power wash and the second day, the windows.

Each service took approximately one and a half hours. Doug and his employees dressed professionally, acted professionally, and performed their services professionally.

Doug was friendly & professional. He arrived on time and did a great job with great attention to detail. Way exceeded my expectations.

He is very responsible and professional. He comes when he says he will. If there is inclement weather he will call beforehand to reschedule. He does exactly what he says he will do. Once thy have you as a customer they treat you like gold. He and his crew do a wonderful and consistent job. They get right to work. They are in and out. They leave your house exactly the way they found it except your windows are clean.

He does a superb job! He is very courteous and doesn't miss a spot. His prices are a little high, but it is worth it for the exceptional service!

I called 3 different companies on your list. Doug's replied within an hour of my message. The others did not reply until the next day. Doug's came out to the house and surveyed the situation in order to give me an accurate estimate. They were higher priced than the other bids I received, but their work was impeccable. They were neat, courteous, professional and clean. They even removed their shoes when in the house. I will definitely have them back in the Spring. The higher price they quoted was largely due to custom sizes and shapes of nearly every window on the house. This necessitated custom cleaning (w/a cloth, as opposed to squeegee) of nearly every pane.

Excellent results. This job was reasonably priced and care was taken not to damage any of the landscaping on our property. Will definitely use this company again!

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND THOROUGH. EVERYTHING LOOKED BEAUTIFUL WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED AND THEY DIDN'T MAKE ANY MESSES AT ALL. THEY CAME IN AND TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING FOR ME IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN ME A FEW WEEKENDS TO DO WHAT THEY DID IN THAT SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. THEY EVEN TOOK THEIR SHOES OFF AND PUT ON SOME KIND OF SLIPPERS BEFORE THEY ENTERED THE HOUSE. HE IS SO GOOD THAT I USUALLY HAVE TO BOOK HIM WAY IN ADVANCE, SOMETIMES A YEAR AHEAD.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE OWNER DID ALL OF THE POWER WASHING, AND HE WOULD SCRAPE DIRT OFF THE HOUSE WITH HIS FINGERNAIL. IT WAS AN EXCELLENT JOB.
