Extremely good, power washed the whole house. Very cost effective. He has his own tank for water and solutions, they have all of the tools. I recommend them highly. Topnotch!

It went great! Found Doug here on Angie's List & was impressed with all the wonderful reviews. I called him about 10 days ago, and he came today and did a great job & for a very reasonable price. He even washed our small shed for no additional cost. Doug is very pleasant to deal with & very professional.

I use this business seasonally for window washing and gutter cleaning. Their work is superior as is the way Doug and his wife, Barbara, run the business. Doug and 2 workers arrived promptly and completed the job in a timely manner.

We were very pleased with Doug's work. He arrived early, with one assistant. They were very careful to move anything that might be damaged by the power washing, and they replaced everything when the job was complete. They did a great job on the house, sunroom and fence. And they were careful NOT to have a stream so strong that it might strip the paint from our aluminum siding. They were quick and efficient. No gardens were disturbed. We will definitely have them back again.

First time having house and garage vinyl siding pressure washed. Quick (same day) response to my initial telephone call and message. Explanation of services and estimated cost of services based upon my description of house and size garage. Services provided sooner than expected when a change in schedule provided the opportunity. I was notified by telephone the night before to check if it was acceptable. Doug and one additional employee arrived at 7:15AM. I met Doug and he briefed me as he assessed the areas to be cleaned, pointing out potential trouble (soiled) areas. He immediately finished unloading and organizing his equipment and began working. Their work was thorough and professional. Approximately two hours after arriving they were done. Doug walked with me as I inspected their work at high and heavier soiled areas. Outstanding job and siding looked new again. Price was slightly higher than I expected (first time for these services) but experience and large amount of positive reviews made Doug's my decision. Barbara was a delight to speak with when she returned my call and patiently explained everything I could expect if I chose Doug to do the work. Window cleaning services are also available and the work is scheduled for November. For me, it was convenient to schedule both services with Barbara as opposed to finding a separate company. I commented to Barbara during our conversation that my initial research was to find a company that provided both services and had a good reputation based upon reviews on Angie's list.

I was told he would be here in the morning and he and his one-person crew arrived shortly after 8:30. After making sure all my windows were closed and advising me that pressure washing aluminum siding as old as what's on my house might leave a few marks, indicating the paint had worn away, they started to work. It's obvious they know what they're doing and take pride in their work. The north side of the house was a mess before the washing and after, it looked brand new. I was pleased, and Doug surprised, that the marks he said might come through after the washing were very few and not obvious. They were polite and friendly and did an excellent job. I would recommend the company without hesitation and will use them myself in the near future for window washing and gutter cleaning. Thanks for a job well done, Doug!

Doug's is a family run business that is top of the line. Barbara called me back promptly when I first inquired about their services and gave me a quote that I thought was very fair. What a difference -- the wood looks pristine. It is white cedar and had some mold on one side. Everything looks great. I am so impressed with the quality of their work and impeccable business practices. They are very organized. Doug gave me tips for my gutters, and I am also on their list for gutter cleaning in the Fall. I will be asking them about window cleaning soon.

We are very happy with the work that Doug did when washing our house. When scheduling, messages left were always returned promptly. They showed up on time and Doug took the time to walk around the house to explain the work that will be done and what results to expect in the different areas. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently, but Doug took time out, when needed, to explain things he was seeing.

My experience with Doug's Precision Powerwashing was great from beginning to end. They're very responsive to inquiries and kept me informed on when my work would be performed. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. I was given a quote on the phone and that was what I paid. Doug arrived when promised and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. He actually did more than I expected. My door mats were washed and so were the plastic water diverters at the end of my gutters, which were covered in mildew. I would highly recommend Doug to anyone who needs power washing done. Call early though, he's very busy, but it's worth the wait.

We moved into our house and noticed that the gutters were jammed full of leaves and dirt. No one had cleaned it in quite some time. Called Doug and he asked a few questions about the house (how many sides have gutters, etc.) He showed up a day or so later (as promised) and did a thoroughly professional job for a good price. We'll be calling him again, next time.

He comes in and performs the service with minimal disruption. We don't have to be here for him to perform the service.

Like dealing with long standing smaller companies where the owner is still involved in every job and Doug is just that. Has been bigger over the years but didn't like losing personal control and finally rightsized to where he is now. Pleasant and courteous to deal with, quality work. You can shop and find a better price but you won't find the quality outcome.

Our entire experience was VERY positive. Doug and Barbara was very responsive throughout, followed up as promised, showed up on the date agreed to, and did an excellent job of power washing the house and deck areas. We couldn't be happier, and will definitely hire them again in the future.

Several people arrived right on time, and got to work. They power washed the entire outside of the house, and did an excellent job. When they came back about a week later, they cleaned all the windows inside and out. They were done in a reasonable length of time, and I didn't have to do anything, although I did try to make sure they could get to all the windows without moving furniture. They were pleasant to talk to, well groomed, and polite. They didn't leave a mess behind at all. I highly recommend Doug's, and will use them again the next time we have the house and/or windows cleaned.

I had a pleasant chat with "Mrs. Doug" to get the quote and set up the appointment. They came on two separate days, the first to wash the house, the second to do the windows. They were not able to get to our house right away, as I had called at the end of June, in the middle of their busy season. They did my house while they were in our area, after verifying that the say they would be in the area worked for us. The windows work was booked about 6 weeks in advance. Two folks came and did our windows, as well as our skylights. They noticed that one skylight was starting to leak in the corner, and gave me advice as to how to address that. (Their advice was correct - no more leaks at that corner). We will be using them again in the future.

re:Despite poor weather conditions, they got to me on schedule (two visits). No problems whatsoever. This is a business that takes itself seriously.

They did excellent work. They came, did their work, and left without me even knowing. They were very well mannered and pleasurable to talk to.

He was very nice and very good. They don’t really do roof which I really needed but he actually did it and it worked pretty much. The siding was really good and they were very nice about everything. I had to rewash my windows and that was a nuisance because he does windows washing but I just do my own. Next time I’ll let him wash them for me. I didn’t compare the prices a real lot so it seemed a little expensive to me but everything does these days.

Did not hire. Needed job done sooner.

I have tried to set up an appointment for Doug's to power wash my home for the past two springs/early summers. The contact person takes your information, gives you some information, and says she will call back the day before the appointment (so you can close windows, etc.). In 2011, she called the week we were on vacation (I had given her those dates in advance, so she wouldn't set an appointment during that time). I called her back to reschedule, and she said she would put me back on the appointment calendar. That was the last I heard from her in 2011. Since this contractor has good reviews, I figured I'd give them another chance. In 2012, I called in January to get on the appointment calendar, and was assured by Doug that I would be. He initially wanted to wash the home in March, but I felt that was too early in the season (cold weather, smoke from neighbor's woodstove dirtying the siding). I called again in late March, and was assured that I was on their list. She set up an appointment date in April that, unfortunately, we were out of town. Again I called to reschedule and was put back on the list. I last called them in mid-May, and they never returned my phone call. So, I have missed two opportunities to get my home power-washed. Currently, my foundation plantings of perennials are too big, and would be damaged if power-washed this time of the summer (late June). I wish that Doug would let people know that he wouldn't be able to do the work, so I could have gotten another contractor to do the work.

The shed was not included in my original request for service. I was pleasantly surprised they did it at no extra charge. There were several delays due to inclement weather. The office staff kept in touch about delays and reschedules. Doug and his assistant arrived promptly and explained the process. It was efficient service and very good results. The final bill was less than the initial estimate.

It was a pretty good experience. I thought they were very professional.

I needed to get my windows clean because I just listed my house. So I went to Angies list and found Doug. He has the most positive remarks so I called .His Wife got right back to me. She said things are starting to get very busy.But she would tell him about my need to get it done. He called back and said he could do it the next day ON SUNDAY. He showed up right on time and proceeded to do an outstanding job. I would recommend him to everyone!

Our every interaction with Doug is notable for the professionalism of Doug and his staff. They are communicative, prompt, careful, and thorough. When mistakes are made, Doug owns and addresses them. He is invaluable.
