Dwayne is my salesman who is awesome - always makes it easy for me to schedule measuring and installations. There r always plenty of samples to take home. Installs have all been done without a hitch - on time, attention to detail and beautiful.

There are little pieces of carpet coming apart. I see new areas coming up every single day. This is something I have never seen before. The carpet is decomposing. I went to a discount carpet store and found the same type of carpet for $70. I am not happy with the product.

They are very good work and good workmanship. I plan on using them for carpet installation next week. They have great customer service and I did not even shop around for other companies. My neighbor used them and is very happy as well.

I have no problems with them at all. The area rug came in a little lumpy. So to be on the safe side, they reordered the area rug for me. They are very responsive and they have excellent customer service. The installers were very good as well.

Carpet One was very slow to deliver carpet - runner ordered on 12/20 was not made available to install until April 2012 -- four months. In addition, the company charged almost $350 in labor for cutting and installing runner on 12 stairs. The labor charge seemed excessive, since installation involved about two hours of work at my house. I received a call from Carpet One requesting payment for the balance due for the job about three weeks after the job was completed. Since I had not received a statement showing the amount owed, and Itemizing the work done, I asked to be provided one before making payment. I received the statement about five days later. In the two days following my receipt of the statement, I was away. During that time Carpet One called my house again to ask for payment. I expect a business to allow more than two days after providing an invoice to receive payment before calling to collect amounts owed.

The experience went very well overall. They were very professional and I believe they work with contractors and the ones that came to our house were excellent. They were very polite and mindful of what they were doing in terms of working around the woodwork. They were cordial but they weren't took relaxed, just very professional. The work that was done was excellent as we haven't noticed any seam lines in the carpet that was put down.

They were very nice and very efficient. We will definitely go back to them when we need more carpet. In fact, the carpet upstairs had a small imperfection in it and they came back promptly to fix it and offered our money back or to re-install the whole thing. We were happy with the carpet, so they fixed the problem and gave us some money back.

The overall work was good. The guys who installed the floor were very professional and actually did extra work for me on the side after the floor was done.

The installers were very good as they even gave me information on how to keep up with my laminate flooring. The overall work was very good as well.

Everything worked out very well. They did a very good job with the work. The only negative comment I would have is that they did not contact us to see how we liked the job.

The work they did was good, but it was definitely too pricey for us. We would not go for that type of floor again in the future.

The overall experience with them was good. The only thing that caught us off guard was that they said they had their own crews to work on the floors when in fact they were subcontracted crews. Two of the three crews that did come out though did do good work. There was on issue with the indoor/outdoor as it was cut too short.

Overall, for an install of carpet and laminate flooring during the Christmas Break from school and during a snowstorm, all went very well. The carpet installers I requested were still as wonderful as I remembered from many years prior and will again ask for them at the next installation...hopefully later this year!

They were terrible. They did not do what they were supposed to do. They were supposed to rip out the underlying floor. They did not do that which ended up raising the whole kitchen floor to an unacceptable level because my mom was looking after the house before she passed away and she could not see well. She could not have made out that step up in the kitchen from her living room. That was one of the things they were supposed to repair and they did not. They got obstinate when we tried to get things fixed. They were not willing to fix things. We did get back a refund of $86 for not ripping up the floor. They were very expensive. There were numerous other problems with them. If my mother had stayed in the house, the floor would have been ripped out. However, she ended up going to a nursing home and we are selling the house. They were not willing to rip it out and we did not have the time nor the effort to fight them, with my mom being gravely ill. They did refund us; $86 for not ripping up the floor which they were under contract to do. We will never ever use them again.

They have a beautiful selection of all types of carpet, but I only needed an area rug. Belinda was so patient with me and gave me so many ideas. I found a rug that I loved but didn't think that the colors were right, but she convinced me to bring it home and try it in my own light. She was right!! It was perfect. I kept it and just gave her my credit card info over the phone and she matched a price that I had seen on the internet. My positive experience about Carpet One truly came from Belinda. She's terrific and I wouldn't hesitate to shop there again.

Absolutely awful. Installer did not arrive when promised. Closet doors would not work on the new carpet even though the salesman assured me there would be no problem and the installer did not remove and install the new padding. When I asked to see the new padding, the installer's helper told me the padding I could see was the new padding. When I complained to carpet master, they sent someone to my home with a sample of the padding I purchased and pulled up the carpet and saw that the installer did not in fact remove and install the new padding.

Bill Davis of Carpet One taught me a lot about carpets! He gave me all the information I needed to make a good decision about our new carpeting. He explained the different makes and quality levels and helped keep the project within our budget. He was professional and courteous. The carpeting was delivered sooner than we expected, for which we are grateful.

THEY WERE VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH THAT'S WHY I RETURNED TO THEM TO DO THE SUN ROOM CARPET. THEY DID A GOOD JOB ON THE LARGE ONE LAST YEAR. I HAD SHOPPED AROUND FOR CARPETING AND THE PRICE WAS A GOOD PRICE. THE PRICE I WAS GIVEN INCLUDED THE INSTALLATION FEE.

OVERALL, I WAS VERY, VERY PLEASED. THERE WAS ONE SALESMAN I DIDN'T LIKE, BUT EVERYONE ELSE WAS GREAT. THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THE CARPET LOOKS BEAUTIFUL.
