They where very friendly when they were here working for us. They where very professional about the job. They showed up on time to do the work.

Easy. Two days and a great job! Cleaned up and left. No problems.

The truck arrived at 8:30, as scheduled. A team of 6 friendly, sweet boys got right to work. They moved furniture that needed moving so they could bring up their equipment -- they put down runners so they would not mess up wood floors or carpeting. Lou suggested I look at what was in the attic -- because 6 strong guys could bring things down to the curb for us. Well -- they brought down 2 old TVs -- one was over 30 years old; a truly ancient iron bedspring -- and other stuff. They seemed to be disappointed that they couldn't be of more help with getting rid of stuff. They moved attic stuff from one side to the other-- several times -- so they could have access to the floorboards. In order to gain access to a small attic over an addition they cut a hole in a wall so that one of the guys could crawl in. The wall was repaired professionally. The team was great! Lou was great!! I trusted them -- and they more than earned my trust.

I was very pleased. They were professional, courteous, and punctual. One of the guys put his foot through the floor by accident and rather then just patch it and leave the painting to us they made it look like nothing ever happened. They cleaned up after them selves and when they were done it was almost as if they were never there accept now my upstairs is much cooler. The only "issue" I had was that I didn't check my basement before they left. It turns out that when they did the ceiling of my family room they also did part of the wall where some pipes go down and the cellulose found its way out the wall. So I ended up with a small amount of it on the floor. I would recommend them anytime!

Lou comes over right away to make an estimate then sends it to you in a day or two. Give him the go ahead and he puts you on his schedule which is about 8 weeks. It is always worth the wait as his work is so good and fair for the price. He called the day before to say he was ready. His crew, six or eight men came early and got right to work. I have used him for four houses and each time he finished in one day. Highly recommended!

This is a family-owned business which is thorough, detail-oriented and cleans-up after themselves. I was very happy with their work, although I wish it had cost less...hopefully we will earn the cost back soon in saved energy bills. You get what you pay for and looking at the materials costs, plus pay for 6 men working two full days, it probably isn't that off base.
