Our sinks and tub were slow to drain. They did a wonderful job and now no worries. Professional employee and very helpful when we asked questions.

The drains were cleared easily and quickly with care and cleanliness. The gentleman explained why the sink drains had become plugged due to the construction of the home years ago and did the job thoroughly and professionally. The quality of their work is excellent and the products used are top of the line and the cost of service is fair. This company is always quick to respond to our needs and we highly recommend them to our family and friends.

Perfect. The cost is supported by the level of service. This is a situation where I had a “handyman” install this a few years ago and they jacked it up. It is now done right. The owner scheduled and then checked up after. The plumber sent was Angel. Incredibly polite and professional. He Explained everything and work was done promptly and with great competence. I would certainly hire this company and request Angel.

Great! Dean set up the appointment for the estimate, provided the estimate, and scheduled a day and time for the work to be completed. This required a little back and forth with calls and texts. Angel did the plumbing work. He was professional and friendly and I was very satisfied with the quality of the work.

Excellent came on a sun worked hard the entire day

The company responded immediately to our urgent need. Sewer line plugged/pipe cracked. Digger brought in and ground dug, pipe replaced. Team was professional/courteous and did an AWESOME job. Could not believe how clean it was after like ground never dug up. We would recommend Superior anyone that wanted a reference.

Everything went great. They went out of their way to get it done even though it wasn't scheduled for that day.

Superior Plumbing was quick to assess the problem and were immediately available to begin the repair. The repair was done in one day and they even put the landscape plants back in place and spread peat moss on the lawn where the excavator left track marks.

Everything went very well. I described the problem over the phone to them, and was provided an immediate quote. A technician was at my door within 3 hours. They found the problem, snaked the pipe, and resolved the issue within 1.5 hours. There was minimal mess, and they cleaned up when done. They also called later the same evening to follow up and confirm customer satisfaction.

They answer in a timely manner, were very friendly, courteous and did a very good job. They took photos for me. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

Dean at Superior called me within an hour at 6am , and gave me an estimated arrival time that they beat. Angel diagnosed the problem as the city main overload on my street by pulling the manhole outside. He said the water needed to flow out before he would do any work or charge me. His upfront honesty was refreshing and I'll be calling back as soon as the city cleans up their act. Followup - called them back out and the job was done for a reasonable price in a respectable amount of time. Eli did everything he could to get the job done right and to my satisfaction. A professional team all the way. Highly recommended for plumbing work.

He replaced new piping and had to squeeze through a small crawlspace to get to the piping. My water runs great now. They cleaned up after themselves great. I was really impressed with their service. They arrived when they said they would. They also gave me a follow up call the next day, which was appreciated.
