Description of Work: Rick and his team replaced an exterior window sill and repointed several chimney bricks. They showed up on time and performed the work properly and professionally.

Description of Work: replaced four rotten window frames in house. Excellent, very professional work

Description of Work: They gave me 3 hrs of general contracting. I chose to have a couple of small walls drywalled. They were very backed up for the summer. It took weeks to get the work scheduled. It seemed as though they were more bothered to have to do the work. The workers were cordial, but a couple of them seemed very inexperienced. The work was not done to well. It was just ok. Not worth the money I paid.

Description of Work: had purchased wood rot package and when contacted by provider he stated there would be an additional $50 fee for travel which was not noted on offer. Contacted Angie's list and their rep spoke to provider who wasn't willing to waive travel fee. Agreement was reached that we would get money back and provider would add notice eon his offer that travel fee may apply.

Description of Work: Met with Rick in April of 2015 to gut an existing bathroom and add a half bath. Hired him to do the work. Had to wait 3.5 months before he could come out to start..which would be August 1, 2015. Had been to our house a couple of times in between to look at some other work and to answer some questions about ordering tile, vanities etc. We couldn't find tile/vanities within the price range of his allowance so we were going to order on our own and he was going to adjust the price. We confirmed with him a few times that he was still on track to start August 1st...he was. On July 30th he informed us he hadn't received the contract we had signed way back in April. First time letting us know. We asked why he was just telling us that now and said we would send again. Didn't hear from him. Called him the morning of August 3rd, said he would start on the Wednesday the 5th. Received a long text, not a phone call, on the evening of the 3rd to say he couldn't do the job. Said he let someone go during the time we had spoken 10 hours before, had 2 guys leaving for college in 2 weeks, and that he couldn't do our job until January 2016. He was recommended by a friend, who was mortified he did this. Unprofessional is an understatement. DO NOT HIRE!! NOT RELIABLE!!

Description of Work: $184 was debitted from my checking account which needs to be refunded. | |Rick Marchewka emailed me at first that he was busy and would get back to me. I gave him a month and finally called him. He showed up a month later to assess the work and told me he would get back to me with an estimate. After another month I called and he said he would email me the estimate within 24 hours. Months later, I am still waiting. Please refund $184 asap. |

Description of Work: Would definitely recommend. They were prompt and efficient. Replaced the rotted wood around an exterior door, painted it, and added a few shelves to an interior closet. Were easy to get a hold of, they showed up when they said they would, and did a great job. I will use them again for sure.
