It was a more involved process than I expected. I had no idea that they would need to cut holes in the ducts. They did a great job though. They restored the integrity of the ducts (but now with access panels to make the job easier the next time) and left my house at least as clean (maybe cleaner) as it was when they started. I was very impressed. They were also very good about explaining what they were doing and showing me the results of their efforts. All in all, it was a little pricey, but I'm glad I had it done.

IAP was great. They arrived on time, worked diligently, and were neat and tidy. I would definitely use them again.

This was the third time I have used Indoor Air Professionals to clean my duct work and dryer vent in my home. I really like the Collom system that they use. In my opinion, it is the best technology for cleaning the duct work. IAP is always very punctual and professional. They take the time to explain the process, they work quickly, they clean up, and they take the time to show you what they accomplished. I have had a different technician every time and they have all fit this description. After they get done, the amount of dust in my house is noticeably less. The amount of lint that they removed from my dryer vent was amazing and will definitely cut down on the fire risk that comes with it. I can highly recommend them and I will definitely be using them in the future.

Sales person met us at the house, explained the entire process and gave us an estimate. Service was completed within a few days. Crew of two were very professional, punctual and answered all my questions. They cleaned up after they were finished. Will use them in the future.

The company came out, toured the property and gave me a cost. Less than a week later they performed the service exactly as they said they would. They cleaned up after and were very professional. They found a chipmunk in my furnace in a spot that was very difficult to access and removed it. It was so hard to see I was amazed they found it. Both men were very pleasant. I would highly recommend this company.

Their crew of two came 2 days latter at 8:30 am and worked hard for 3 hours. One person took over central heating ducts in the basement and the other was dealing with registers and vents. They used a huge compressor to create negative pressure in the duct system. They cut open 10 to 15 - 7-inch holes in the basement ducts to gain access to all the horizontal and vertical ducts/vents. At the end they closed all of them nicely. Amount of dust, and clutter that came out was impressive for a new house (mostly construction debris and from the dryer vent I was told). They also replaced the filter and installed a CO monitor ($40 additional). They left house clean (almost no sign they actually worked here for 3 hours) and ever since our dust problem is almost gone. I felt it was money well spent and they were well trained professionals who did an optimal job.

A crew of two spent almost the whole day cleaning the air ducts in my home. When finished they had a box filled with dirt and debris. they are a little expensive,but worth it.

Everything seemed fine with them. I would recommend them to pay more attention to what they are doing. As far as I know, they do a good job. My husband was here when they did the job. I would rate them a B overall because their price was so high. I did not have any issues with their responsiveness or punctuality. I will use them again in the future, but I will check around for a better price.

They took care of everything for me, and tried to minimize my expense for me. He did work for me in a different work than what you would expect. They showed up at my house and told me how to do the work free. He is totally and "A", and are unique. They also do a lot of work for the US Navy, and do excellent work.

Had a toilet overflow causing water to flow into HVAC system. They came out in a couple of days. Service was better than expected. The amount of dust and debris they removed was shocking! Very, very professional. They spent over 3 1/2 hours and I have a small house! Highly recommend, tried another company in the past with less than desirable results, I think you get what you pay for. Left the house cleaner than when they got here!

I was completely dissatisfied and now have problems that weren't there to begin with. They cut a lot more holes into the duct work that they said that they were going to. They did not bring a ladder to do one of the exhaust fans that was high up. The registers were stuck and did not fit properly after they removed them. The flex tubing that they put on the dryer was way too long. There was also no decrease in the dust levels of my house.

The workers were very polite and professional. The process was well explained and the surrounding area was cleaned up upon completion of work. They arrived on time and were done with the job at the time they said they would be.

Indoor Air is great. As a service provider, they did a great job. Upon completion, they had me do a customer satisfaction report on the phone about the work they performed. The cost of the estimate was the final price. I would recommend them to everyone.

I thought Indoor Air Professionals did a great job. The work came out nicely, and the guys that did the work were very courteous and professional. They even took their shoes off at the door. I would recommend them.

Indoor Air Professionals showed up on time. They kept the mess to a bare minimum. I saw the dirt that they removed, but I didn't notice any lasting benefits as far as air quality. I wasn't all that pleased with the outcome of the work done.

The method Indoor Air Professional used for cleaning is the best way. The are wonderful. They are very good company. I feel Indoor Air does a great job in keeping me informed as to what they are doing. They are nice and friendly.
