Description of Work: I hired them to do asphalt work with pavers and a apron.

Description of Work: I didn't end up using this company for resealing our driveway. I called late May because I heard glowing reviews from neighbors. They explained that they were really busy and suggested that they provide an estimate by doing a drive by. In other words I didn't need to be home for the estimate. They would simply take measurements of my driveway and assess any cracks. They gave me a 2 - 3 window without a definite date and I agreed. After 3 weeks I followed up and they explained that they were still really busy and I should actually schedule an appt for an estimate. I agreed and someone arrived on time and left an estimate. It was for the amount stated on this report. I called the same day and asked them to move forward with the job. Customer service said that they needed the report from the individual that visited for the estimate and to wait for a day or so to get it. After 2 days I called back and they still had not heard from the person that estimated our driveway. A week passed and still had not heard from him or customer service. Customer service never called back to give me a status after they said they would do so and this was for multiple phone calls. I understand that the pavers are busy but customer service should give me a call to let me know the status. In the end I called Blacktop Pavers since they were rated highly on Angie's List. Blacktop showed up 2 days after I called for 1/3 of Pioneers Price ($120) and did an efficient and quality job.
