ON time, professional and repaired my spa very well.

Came on day requested,on time and had needed parts in the truck, in and out and resolved quickly

They were wonderful. Prompt, courteous. We will hire them on a regular basis to service our hot tub.

He was the only one that would come out on Easter weekend. He charged me more since I live in Queens, Which was fine. It was worth it. I was very happy with his service.

I CALLED 10 DIFFERENT COMPANIES THAT DAY AND YOUR GUYS WERE THE ONLY ONES THAT WOULD COME. THEY WERE ON TIME AND WORKED IN THE POURING RAIN, I REALLY APRECIATED HOW QUICKLY THEY TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM. tHANKS AGAIN

Rude, over priced, dishonest, oh and 3 service calls & approx $700 dollars later, my hot tub is still not working!

On time, although I had to wait a week for the appointment. A bit pricey.... BUT, they were professional, courteous, knew their stuff, and got the hot tub running well. I would certainly use them again !!!

Nice people, good service, fair price. The office people were great and the service tech, Mike, went out of his way to fix a tricky problem, putting in the extra effort when he could have easily walked away from problem. I would recommend them VERY highly.

Took a week to schedule although they arrived as prommised and was curtious and proffessional I would reuse them and refer them to others

The associate that came out intially repaired the problem but broke another item in the process. He was supposed to come back to fix that and we had to harrass him to get him to come back. Then we called to have him fix another (unrelated issue) and the service man tried working out an under the table deal with us (to bypass his company from picking up the tab/credit for the repair). He never came back even though we attempted to reach him several times. We ended up doing the repairs ourselves. Not happy at all.
