Horrible experience! Jack was arrogant and charged me a huge amount of money to repair my hot tub, but he did not fix the problem! I felt threatened by him also. In my opinion, you should not use this company!

i have been using them since they installed my Leisure Bay Hot Tub. Jack and the office are a pleasure to talk to. Every year jack is here to winterize it. Also had some repairs with a needed heater replacement and a couple of small stuff. wonderful people and i will stay with them.

I highly recommend using this company if you should have a problem with your hot tub. The pump (that services the heater) in our 10-year old hot tub, unfortunately, broke in the middle of January. They came once to see exactly what pump would be needed, and then came back a second time to install the new pump. Very competent and professional. Always returned my calls, and always showed up when they said they would.

Parts are on order to complete the repair.
