My wife and I arrived at her store to open up for the day. When we arrived we noticed it felt cold in the show area. When we checked the thermostat it was set right but we pushed the temp up a little and the furnace went on. Just to be safe I called Jameson and asked for a service call. Kevin, the Heating guy said he could come right away. When he arrived we discussed the problem and he looked at the furnace. A few minutes later he called me over so I could see a hole in the side of the exhaust pipe (chimney) about the size of a silver dollar! In addition, the heat exchanger was cracked. The hole in the chimney meant that carbon monoxide was escaping into our store for who knows how long! He made some recommendations and then returned to his office to provide a written quote. Later that morning we received a written quote for the work with a few options from which to choose. We agreed to do the work and we were scheduled for the next day. He was able to re-schedule a job he already had due to the need we had. The next day as the old furnace was being removed he saved the entire length of the chimney pipe to show me that the entire back of my chimney pipe was split open! Kevin and his helper completed the job in one day and cleaned up beautifully.

We have used Jamieson electric several times at, now, 2 different addresses. Jim Sr. is a pleasure to work with. Full up to speed on anything and everything electrical. Our 1950's NT house was inadequately wired for 2010's. No celing lights in the bedrooms. Poor lighting in other rooms. We added ouotlets and lights where none were. We also replaced the low voltage system with conventional 110 v wiring. At our new house, we had to wire a portion of the basement for lauundry and to ensure more than 1 light came on when you flipped the wall switch at the top of the basement stairs. Jim Sr. has done it all for us. Pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable.

Kevin arrived on time and explained what my problem was. He looked at my furnace and then I talked with him about changing my radiant heat thermostat. Also I asked for a quote to re-locate my living area thermostat. After I explained what I wanted done I had to leave for work. He called with the price for the work and I approved it over the phone. He left me a quote for the work to be done later. Great experience overall.

Rep was very professional and comfortable the job on time.

Technicians were very polite and listened and answered all of our questions. I was impressed that he has all his teeth!

Wonderful experience! The gentlemen that came to do the work were prompt, knowledgable and professional. They completed the work earlier than expected and left my house clean afterwards.

Contacted Jameson Electric to address a recessed light that was blowing bulbs and also having trouble replacing bulbs . Told the office the light was in a cathedral ceiling approx 18-20ft in air. Secretary said no problem. When electrician arrived seen the scope of job was not equipped to perform services, and was lost for any solution to reach ceiling to do the work. Chris the electrician called his boss the owner for some advice, While waiting for a return call he kept asking me is there any other work he could do for me. I told him the recessed light is why you are here. While 20-25 min had passed he asked again what he could do, I told him if and when we fix light i would replace that troubled light and 6 others from standard light bulbs to the new LED bulbs. He said no problem. Return call from owner told him to take pictures and measurements which he did. Since 3 of my recessed lights could be reached with stepladder he changed those for me. Work involved was remove old trim and replace with new led bulb with trim a one piece unit that screws into old socket, took approx 2-3 min per light. Said he would take info back to office and they would contact me on a course of action. Approx a week later i called office was told they haven't forgotten me and would let me know. This past Saturday I received an E-mail from Jameson with a bill to replace 4 lights in cathedral ceiling for $1399.00 which I deem absolutely outrageous.also not even what the original job was. I will not recommend or even consider doing any business with this company.

It turned out good. They were very prompt about coming out. The only thing was that he was very overpriced. However, they did the job satisfactorily.

Tech was on time - quickly found our problem and came up with a short term solution. We now have electricity back.

When the crew was here they were professional and efficient.

The first time they had to reshedule. Then we had to reschedule because of illness in our family. We would like to use them, we just need to get them schedule.

Service was good and service man very capable.

Their office is 7 miles from my house, yet they wanted $79 just to come give me an estimate.

They replaced the electric because I've got a kitten who unfortunately didn't get killed in this little accident when she knocked the light over and blew out the whole upstairs. I was defiantly satisfied with the service. They promised they would be here between 8 and 830. They were at ten after eight. They never stopped working. They did everything and they cleaned up after them selves. There is nothing I could have asked for any more. They were wonderful. They explained everything.

Wire Electric is always very responsive. I called at 11:00 this morning and Dave, the service tech, was at the house by 1:30 p.m. Very professional, clean, and friendly staff. He walked through the house to see the work to be done, then went out to the truck and wrote up an estimate for my approval. The actual work took just over 30 minutes. I'd highly recommend Wire Electric to anyone. All electrical work is expensive, unfortunately. It's nice to have a company with professional staff that add a bit of extra customer service along the way.

I had no electricity in my home. Due to water damage my entire electrical circuit box, outside wire conduit and electrical meter had to be replaced. They came, gave me a quote and completed the work the same day. Very professional, courteous, prompt, etc. Very very good work and service.

They are good. I was very satisfied with their services. Their responsiveness was very good.

We have used them on several occasions. They do a good job, are courteous and on time. They seem very knowledgable about what they are doing and the technicians are very nice.

They did an excellent job. They are pricey but they are very good. It was a very fair price. This is a double home, and so whatever they do has to be done twice. They are excellent. They are who they say they are. They are prompt and show up when they say they are going to show up. That means a lot, especially when you are working. They very good.

One thing led to another. We removed the carpeting and two floor outlets had to be moved so they could put in hardwood floors. Everything, even the price, was excellent. He is really good and I will for sure use him again. I don?t think the electrician that I got does all of the work, I guess he is just one of many.

OK It was several years ago and I have used them for small jobs several times. They were not cheap but the work has held up and they did OK

My wall heater one night failed to turn off on its own causing the unit to be on for about 8 hrs straight. When i realize what was happening i turn off the unit but when to check if unit was ok the wall heater shot a flame out andi quickly shut it down. When i called Wire Electric and explained the next morning they quickly sent someone out and they figure out the problem and repaired it. Unit has been working great for the last 1-1/2.

They were very business like and professional. They showed me some things that were good to know regarding electricity.

They were a very clean and professional company. Their price was better than other companies that we had considered. We had a few issues but they quickly resolved.
