Description of Work: Installed a Whole House Humidifier. | |It was installed fairly quickly (1 day) and I was given a basic run-down how to use it. Staff and workers were very professional and took time to genuinely explain things to me without me having to pry or feel intrusive. | |The only thing I would have changed is adding some sort of sealant/siliconing where the thermometer hole is in the outer wall of my house. I'll have to go back and silicone the gap so that water can't get into my house through it - even though its about the side of a nickel. | |They wanted to do a follow-up appointment, but had a death in the family, and so the company forgot to follow up with me after an appointment cancellation. They said they would call back and apologized for missing the appointment, but I never received a call back (now it is summer, so it's off until winter again). | |

We are sorry you had this experience.Caulking all openings to the outside is certainly part of our finished service, but apparently this one was missed. Our records show that we made two additional attempts to contact this customer and left messages to return. We will certainly try to re-connect and caulk the opening.
