I can't say enough good things about Goldberg. From my first phone call to completion of the work that I needed done, everyone one was so nice, so helpful, and so upfront about everything. They gave me a much better idea of what needed to be done, and why, than my oil company gave me. They completed the work in two hours and for $800 less than what my oil company wanted to charge me. Excellent customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Kevin investigated the issue and fixed the issue! Had to remove some of basement ceiling. Repaired t junction in sink and checked all other fittings and branches. Took a few hours to complete. Kevin was very helpful and took care of our home. Very professional and responsive in our time of need, on a Sunday morning.

They are really good. They are always an A. They are always perfect and fix it the first time. They're always very nice. They tell you what they are doing. We've been using them for over 20 years. I think it was a good price. They installed new water heaters for us. I also had them install one for my aunts house too.

Arrived on time and went straight to work. Chris the installer did an excellent, neat job installing the boiler, water heater and sweating the pipes (magic touch). All new controls were positioned neatly and easily assessable.

Goldberg came out, and despite several unexpected challenges with the old well system, worked diligently to identify and address the problem. While the repair took a few days, Goldberg kept us up-to-date throughout the process, letting us know what they were doing and why, and what they recommended for next steps. They even gave us some water to help us manage while they fixed the well. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Also, the price was extremely reasonable for the time spent on our property. Highly recommend.

Prompt, courteous, professional service.

Found a leak on a Friday evening and they were there that Saturday to fix it. The two men who came were on time, pleasant, clean, and professional and they knew exactly what and where the problem was within minutes. Thankfully, the leak was a simple, easy fix requiring no more than some plumber's putty. While here, they found another problem-waiting-to-happen with the toilet and fixed that too! We were extremely pleased with their work and will likely call on them for future problems.

Contractor's initial thought was that the interior coils needed to be cleaned. Priced up front at $675. Work took 2 techs about 45 min total and in my head it was difficult to justify that cost after seeing what was done. (They also replaced the hot/cold water mixing valve, which I thought afterward might have fixed the whole problem). The plumbers were definitely competent, nice and professional. I would do more price shopping for future problems/projects.

The guy was very good. He gave me some extra information that was quite helpful. He then turned off the furnace while he was checking it and forgot to turn it back on. In the middle of the evening the whole house was getting cold. I had to figure out how to turn it back on. I thought the price was fair. The service did meet my expectations. They were responsive. I thought they were good. They came pretty quickly. They were punctual.

They are very good. They came quickly when I needed them. The way they fix them is high quality. In an emergency, they are very quick to respond. The guy was in New York city, and said it would be a bit to get up here, and I said no worries. I figures out to put black tape and a clamp on to block the leak. They came quickly, and saved my basement from flooding. It took no more than an hour to complete. Responsiveness, and not have someone to not want to help me. He came right away, and he was able to get here, and answer the phone.

We have had several emergencies, and they have been extraordinary. They are here in an timely manner, they are courteous, polite, they give you an two hour window, they are quickly search in emergencies, they do patch jobs, if they can't fix it right away, they are wonderful. They gave me an ten percent discount, for being an member of Angie's List. They are excellent dispatchers, polite, let me know if they are running late, explain policy in replacing parts, great guys. I am an plumber's daughter, so I appreciate them. I could not tell the plumber was here. I am handicapped, and he asked if I had towels, and he took that and cleaned the whole area, degreased it, cleaned up their footprints, you would never know they were here.

They identified the cause of the noise. Offered me two potential solutions. The cheaper easier solution worked and it hasn't made noise since.

Repair guy was on site about 4 hours after I called. Spent about an hour clearing the drain and flushing the lines to make sure the clog was cleared. He put drop a drop cloth down where he was working and he was just very nice in general. No extra charge for weekend work! I was very happy with the whole experience.
