As expected

Initial timely response, but time to job completion was too long. Work initially done in a manner not acceptable to me, and had to be re-configured, requiring more time and money. Left marks on the walls.

My basement is cement and rock, partial crawl space; my boiler, electrical box and sump pump are in the basement which is accessed from outside and has some moisture problems. The day the battery backup was installed the cement floor was dry when I opened the door. The employee who installed the new sump pump and battery backup used a faucet across the small room half-way up the wall to "flood" the floor to test the newly installed sump pump and backup system. He had done this already, when he called to show me how it worked and to "flood" the floor again. I was incredulous; I don't know why he did not either have or ask for a bucket to fill the hole with water instead of flooding the floor. He also unplugged the heat tape for my oil line without asking what it was for. I have called the office of Dave Goldberg three times and was told that I would hear back from him which I have not. I had just hoped for some explanation. I am frustrated to that I must now find another plumber.

THE FIRST TIME THEY CAME OUT THEY WERE GREAT, BUT SECOND TIME THEY WERE NOT SO GREAT. THERE WAS DIFFERENT CREWS AND THE WORK WAS OKAY. THEY CARE AND THEY TRIED. I THINK A FEW OF THEIR GUYS WERE GOOFY. THEY WERENT AS CARING AS THE FIRST GROUP.

IVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR TWENTY-FIVE YEARS. DAVE GOLDBERG HIMSELF IS A COMPLETE PROFESSIONAL, BUT HE WAS SO GOOD AND PROFESSIONAL THAT HE HAD TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE. THEYRE NOT AS PROFESSIONAL AS HE WAS. HE HAS TOO MANY PEOPLE UNDER HIM. YOU DILUTE THE SERVICE. THE WORK WAS OKAY, BUT AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED THERE WERE OTHER PROBLEMS THAT CAME ABOUT. I GET A BANGING IN THE PIPES. IM HAVING TROUBLE GETTING HIM BACK, BECAUSE HE DOESNT DO CALLS ANY MORE.

THEY HAD PLUMBERS AND ASSISTANCE. THEY WERE WILLING TO SHOW WHAT THEY TOOK OUT. THEY WERE HONEST ABOUT IT. THE JOB WAS QUICK, AND I COULDNT DO IT MYSELF. THEY USED A SNAKE TO GET IT OUT. THEY WERE VERY NICE. THEY ASKED IF THEY NEEDED TO TAKE THEIR SHOES OFF.

THEY CAME ON A SUNDAY EARLY IN THE MORNING. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN AND NEAT ABOUT WORK. THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE AND CONCERNED. THEY ARE A VERY GOOD COMPANY. THEY WORK ALL OVER.

THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE. THEY TOLD US HOW TO TURN OFF THE APPROPRIATE WATER TO THAT AREA SO WE DIDNT LOSE HEAT TO OUR HOUSE. THEY WERE THERE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. FOR THE MOST PART IT WAS GOOD. THEY FIXED THE PIPE.

THEY RESPOND QUICKLY TO REQUEST FOR SERVICES. THEY MAKE APPOINTMENTS THAT THEY KEEP. THEY SHOW UP WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO, AND THEY DO A REALLY GOOD JOB.

They were great. They were on time and very professional. The job was completed in a timely fashion with minimal cleaning up after them. They did hit me with a last minute charge for taking down some shelving so they could run the waste line, which the guy who gave me the estimate said it didnt have to come down.

IT DID TAKE HIM A COUPLE DAYS TO GET TO THIS JOB, BUT IT WASNT AN EMERGENCY. THE JOB TOOK LESS THAN TWO HOURS AND THE CLEAN UP WAS GOOD. HE IS POLITE AND DOES GOOD WORK.

HE DID A FINE JOB REPLACING THE MINOR THINGS WE NEEDED REPLACED. I THINK HIS PRICE MIGHT HAVE BEEN A LITTLE HIGH FOR LABOR. HE HASNT DONE ANYTHING MAJOR YET. HE DIDNT COME HIMSELF. WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE WORK THEY DID, BUT I THOUGHT IT WAS A LITTLE PRICEY.

THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO GET TO MY HOUSE WHEN THE HEATER BUSTED. THEY WERE QUICK WITH FIXING IT AND GETTING ME MY BILL AND REPLACEMENT PARTS.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH DAVE GOLDBERG WAS VERY POSITIVE. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY WERE CLOSE TO THE ESTIMATE. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE FAST.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND COURTEOUS AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY TO PHONE CALLS & WERE WILLING TO GIVE ADVICE OVER THE PHONE. THEY ARE THE FIRST COMPANY WE CALL WHEN WE NEED A PLUMBER.
