They replaced our indirect water heater. Office staff was helpful, estimate prepared quickly, the work done soon and well.

He gave me a fair price. I decided to go with someone else. He came out on time to give the quote. I would use them again if I need too.

Very well. When there was a snafu company came by after hours to clear it up.

Did not have new catridge for shower to stop leak. Said he would check on whether he could get it as he was infamiliar with the model. Never heard from him so called office after ten days and was told the shower faucet was discontinued model and they could not find the catridge. On toliet said that model was discontinued too (its a Kohler). Changed a float valve (didn't need it since it was changed a year ago). Toliet still leaks... Charged $160 for this. Will use again since they have been good in the past but this was not their finest hour...

Awesome from the first phone contact to the install completion. Customer service rep Kathy was great to deal with on phone. She gave me a firm and fair quote quickly and responded to further email inquiries fast. The installers showed up exactly when they said they would and the install was done by two great guys (Rob was lead installer) who were fast (about two hours) and meticulous. I checked a few reputable firms and Goldberg was $200 less than the next lowest quote I received--and $1100 less than some other local name brand firms. The water heater and expansion tank sells for about $1000 at a good plumbing supply store and warranty extension from standard 6 year to 10 year cost another $200. They honored the Angie's List $75 off coupon bringing the cost to $1725. So the labor cost was about $525. That's a fair price for a licensed plumber and assistant. I will definitely call Goldberg again when I need plumbing service.

I did not use this plumber. I used a local well pump company called Torlish and Sons located 5 minutes from my house. They were knowledgable, responsive and reasonable.

Dave Goldberg Plumbing & Heating Inc did a good job. The old water heater tank leaked all over the floor and the owner came out himself the next day to evaluate the situation. The same day he had the water tank and people in to do the work. I've used Dave Goldberg Plumbing & Heating Inc multiple times.

They were very good. I've actually had them come back and do something and they came back and didn't charge me.

Our landscaper had dug the trenches. Dave Goldberg Plumbing ran the coated copper lines underground outside the house, except where they had to T-off (Ts cannot be buried so that is alongside our house) to the generator and into the house.In the house they replaced old copper lines with new black pipe to the hot water heater and to our dryer. The work inside, which is visible in our furnace room, shows the care and precision with which their guys worked. I had no idea when hiring them how long it takes to properly install black pipe, which since it does not bend needs to be cut and elbows need to be used to turn or get around fixtures in basement. While I have a valve at the dryer to turn the LP off, it is in a tight space. Dave Goldberg's guys noticed that right away and told me that if there were ever an emergency and the need to turn the gas to the dryer off that it would be difficult to reach without a stepladder, so they installed a valve at the bottom of the pipe that comes up to the dryer (now on the main floor of the house, not in the basement) so that all I would have to do is go downstairs to my basement and turn the valve (that i can easily access) off.

They were very good and professional. They did the job well and on time. I have no complains.

Contacted Dave Goldberg Plumbing about a number of issues that had accumulated over time. Work required three visits involving two different staff members. Entire process from appointment through cleanup went smoothly. Telephone staff did a particularly good job explaining the work involved, any parts that were needed, and the costs, as well as how and when the work would be completed. Arrival on the job was punctual and as expected. I also liked the fact that the plumbers who did the work answered all of my questions and helped me to plan for the next appointment. We also worked out strategies for maintaining the equipment in the future.

Poor customer service. I got no paperwork and no conditions of work with the estimate. He showed up with his daughter right at the last minute. You do not suddenly, 45 minutes into the assessment when you’re leaving, that you installed an organic water heater that didn’t need drainage. I would have appreciated that information earlier to save some money since I had already bought one. It was one of the most dishonorable experiences. I was very dissatisfied with their customer care.

Provided was called to install a kitchen faucet. I had just remember I had a clog in the bathroom so I asked him to take at look at it. He did and within five minutes the problem was fixed. I have used Goldberg for many years and will continue to use this professional company.

Dave is excellent. We actually call him on the weekends as well and he comes out to do the survey. Their follow through is good and their workmanship is excellent. We have also had them put in a new furnace for us but that was probably a year ago. The people who come in there are like, "Who did this?" It looks really really nice. They are very responsive. They clean up after themselves. Their work looks perfect. In terms of their hours, they are available on weekends. You can call them on the last minute and if it is an emergency situation, they actually answer the phone. They will pick up. You can call them if you are dying and you are like, "What do I do? I have a flood," or whatever and Dave will actually call you. So, they are good and their pricing is pretty competitive.

They were good and their price was reasonable. I will use them again in the future.

Dave Goldburg's crew arrived on time and spent 6 hours working on my "bathroom problem". They were courteous, neat and efficient. I'll have them here again in a heartbeat.
