They did an excellent job initially. They are not good with follow up. I feel like they are better for large jobs instead of small residential jobs. Part of the deal was that they would explain to me about how to maintain my lawn. However, that was never done. They were very expensive. In some parts, they are really good. The guy who led the team was absolutely excellent.

He is very knowledgeable when it comes to the trees, he knew the names of some trees we did not know. They are very professional. They had their own trucks and uniforms. They were very quick when it came to the job, in and out. Our yard has a lot of grown cover, they were very careful when it came to not trashing the yard. If they had to bring in something smaller to not damage the yard they did it. Their clean up outstanding.

I think Michael Grimm Landscape and Tree Service are fantastic and are the best of the best. I also thought their pricing was very good, they provide excellent work, do a good job cleaning up after themselves, and are very honest.

Several years ago I noticed my tree not growing right and had it evaluated by an arborist from Michael Grimm. We agreed to start treatment and we've kept it up. The tree is doing great!

They arrived on time (9am) and got right to work. Limbed and then removed the trunk of a 40' Spruce close to the house. Work was done from a bucket truck and no debris fell on the roof. Then they removed a 30' dead hickory. There were some buckthorns along the side of the property and they removed them also. All the limbs and brush were chipped and blown on the truck. Two stumps were ground. The property was then cleaned of all debris whether they produced it or not - the yard looked better than when they started!. The logs were picked up later in the day and hauled away. All work was finished by 12:30. Very efficient 3 man crew and professional. I will hire them for more yard work and for landscaping planning.

They are good company. The quotes are reasonable. They have been in the business from a long time. They do good job. I have recommended them. I would use them in the future.

Overall, everything went totally, very well! Every interaction was a pleasure from the phone, to emails to personal contact. Everyone was personable, professional, arrived in a timely manner and completed each job competently with a very thorough cleanup at the end. I have absolutely no complaints (if they wanted to lower their prices a bit I wouldn't mind!!) about any work they've done and would hire them again, for sure!

We've used him before and will definitely use him in the future. They had come to do the job and then there was a thunder storm; so they had to reschedule. They came when they said they would and did the job. They were very professional.

Perfect from first contact to post-completion followup. This company was totally professional: quick, professional estimate, perfectly on time for estimate and work, firm date scheduled at my request, walkthrough before and after job was done, followup phone call, etc. etc. You get what you pay for with Grimm. Sure wish other contractors were like this.

Our overall experience was great. Michael Grimm would call the day prior to service to let us know. This allowed us to move our cars and close the appropriate windows. Also, the work was done very efficiently and the technicians were quite knowledgable and courteous when asked certain questions.
