Dan was great at getting back to me with any questions I had and came out very quickly to do all the work considering it was an extremely busy time of year. His crew had missed a couple stumps and he promptly came back the next day and removed them.

The contractor responded quickly, was on time, did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. I have already recommended him to several friends who have similar work.

I called them and they sent a guy out to give me an estimate about a week later. They gave me a fair price and they said it would be about 4-6 weeks before they could get out here and I was ok with that. I received a call about a week later and they were able to fit me in that day. They showed up and got straight to work. The guys were very professional and answered any questions i had. They had to come back a few days later to remove the stump due to I have a gas line that runs close to where the tree was. They sent a guy out to find the gas line and make sure it wasn't in the way. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I will be using them for any future tree removal.

They were very prompt and professional and did a beautiful job. 3 of the plants they put in died because of the harsh winter, and they promptly replaced them. I would definitely hire Michael Grimm services again!

Everything was perfect and they were excellent.

Arrived on time, 3 man crew, all business, did an excellent job about 3 hours and cleaned up really good.

Dan and crew showed up on time and in a little over two hours completed a job that I thought would take all day. The trees were not small! The crew cleaned up and left the area in better shape than they found it. Dan was also flexible in cutting back the large Honey Locust as he took down more than we initially discussed. The crew worked safe. This is a big concern for me and not because of liability. Dan touched bases with me several times during the operation and called me an hour or so after everyone left. He wanted to make sure I was happy with the outcome. I was! But, I have no doubt he would have taken care of any issues that I felt were left undone. It's the attitude! I will definitely use Grimm in the future. I have three Blue Spruces that I am thinking about taking down next year - if I decide to have it done, Grimm will do it for me. Finally, Grimm is doing a separate job for me on the land scape side in constructing a set of steps leading to my back patio. It is not quite finished but I am sure will be done to my satisfaction. I will do a separate review on that project as it is a different part of the company. I have no doubt it will be another excellent! Thank you, Dan, and Michael Grimm!

They came every week. Cut the lawn a bit too short and at times too often. Mine was the only lawn on the block with brown tips most of the season. I love the convenience but blade too low for our lawn. Order than that... Professional, fast, on time. Could be great with the right lawn.

They arrived on date scheduled at 8:oo. They did excellent work. They cleaned up all branches, leaves etc. They were .courteous and worked all the while they were on my property. I am very pleased with their work. They are very skilled at what the do. I would only use them in the future. They have done work for me before.

Estimate was received in a timely manner. Proposal was accepted and returned on Friday 9/19 via USPS. I received a call on Friday 9/26 telling me that the tree would be scheduled for removal sometime in the next couple of weeks. I expressed my desire to have the tree removed ASAP due to its' condition. Subsequently, I received a call the following week informing me that the tree would be removed on Saturday 10/4. Work was performed efficiently and professionally; provider removed all debris and left the area clean and neat.

They were efficient and explained the services they were going to do that day. They cleaned up the debris and did the work in a timely manner.

Everything went great. We expected to come home to a mess but that wasn't the case. You could barely tell they were there. We had multiple stumps along our property line and they made sure the wood chips were in a neat pile on our property. We didn't have to rush and clean up our neighbors lawn. They also took care of a couple random roots in the lawn. Its nice to know there are good contractors left in syracuse. Thank you!!

Unfortunately, we never heard back from the provider. While I understand that they must be very busy, it seems to me to be bad practice not to contact the potential customer to decline.

Dan, the tree crews manager, called several days prior to confirm the date, and then followed up on 6/4 to schedule for noon on 6/5. Joe and his three man crew arrived several minutes early, introduced themselves and commenced work. It was fascinating to watch the professionals work. One man in the bucket truck cut while the ground crew tethered the cut limbs to the ground and then fed them into a chipper. Dan stopped by during the afternoon to see how the job was progressing.The spruce was a last minute request which Dan gladly took care of, and there was no additional charge for it! The crew ground the trunk 12" below grade and removed the chips, cleaned up the site, and left it looking like it did before they started, minus the two trees. Great work. Highly professional.

Great- - lots of staff and equipment. Very responsive to our concerns. One small matter was resolved and a follow-up call came the day after from Grimm checking our satisfactions

Calle to see if they could now my lawn...apparently they're not looking for new customers or business. Too bad for them. Lost out on a good customer.

The crew was early for noon appointment. Foreman (Joe) introduced himself and identified the tree. Four man crew set to work delimbing, cutting down trunk, hauling (using powered claw), chipping, and grinding stump. All work, including lawn cleanup, soil, and reseeding completed in roughly one hour total. Very pleased with the professionalism. Work was done efficiently. Some wear and tear to lawn was expected. Reseeded patch starting to sprout. Fertilizer pellets appear to be good quality.

He is good. They were pretty highly rated on Angie's List. I used them last year and they did a good job. The price is fine with me. They were excellent.

They brought their crew in cut the tree to my specifications and removed the debris that I didn't want and cleaned up the area.

Very professional. Price could be better, especially for clean up.
