Description of Work: I have not yet used this service since it involves residential snow removal. The service will start next winter

Description of Work: Took down a very large tree and also took care of the stump We also use their services for fertilizer and feeding the lawn, as well as an annual aeration.

Description of Work: They came prompty to provide an estimate for removal of several trees. We then scheduled the appointment and they were on time. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up very well afterward. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: My husband and I love everything about the Michael Grimm, Services, Inc. We have hired them for all of our tree cutting/trimming and just this year had Laura design us a landscape for the side of the house, where we attempted to landscape ourselves and turned it into a great big mess. She developed the perfect plan with very descriptive blue-prints and color printed, computer generated pics of the plants that would be installed in our garden. She was very nice to work with and did a fantastic job at a very reasonable and economical cost. We actually weren't going to have the landscape installed until spring/summer of 2013, but we decided we could afford it and we were excited to finally see a pretty side yard completed sooner than later. The tree guys are super knowledgeable and always meticulous about our tree needs. When we say we want the trees cut back "hard", they do exactly that. No more roof or fence overhangs. They leave the yard neat and tidy before they leave. We have had Michael Grimm plowing our driveway for snow for years and they are always spot on. We never have an issue coming or going all winter season. They are timely, professional and neat. They always come back in spring and level out dug up dirt on our property or the next door property. All I can say is that Michael Grimm and all his staff are a fabulous organization who truly cares about their customers. We hope his business in around for a very long time. The one thing that I love about Grimm Services is that they always call or get back to you as soon as you make that original call. Some businesses either never get back to you, or they call whenever they feel like it, even if it is long after you seek them out.

Description of Work: Michael Grimm Landscape & Tree Service cut down a 25 feet tall tree and pruned three big old maple trees in August 2008.
