Description of Work: They are my regular plumbers, but I had an emergency on a Sunday - no heat. They came on Sunday morning within 2 hours of calling and replaced a part on my furnace. I was very grateful!

Description of Work: Came on Saturday morning to view my job and give an estimate. The gentleman said it would be a few days before he could get an estimate to me. I called on the following Tuesday. Receptionist did not have an estimate prepared yet. Said she would speak to the plumber and get back. None of which took place. Due to both the receptionist and plumber's lack of professionalism, they deserve a grade of "F"!!!

Description of Work: Tried to schedule an appt. They responded in about 24 hours and asked where I lived in order to determine the cost (if any) of coming out for an evaluation of the problem. I responded and never heard back. Very unprofessional.
