Great. Ian came the same day I called and did a really professional job on the installation.

Job was done, however it leaked when heating system came on at the beginning of this winter. Since Nov.202 6 visits were made Nov.2020 1) Tighten connections 2) re tighten connections - 2 weeks later 3) Replace main pipe (job was done in Aug 2020) replace return valve .Jan.2021 4) Tighten and re seal leaking return valve- 2 weeks later 5) Replace Valve- 1 weeks later Current status !! Still leaking 7 phone messages left at the office 1 direct call was answered by Ian, who promised to resolve it, Jan 15,2021 To date, situation remains the same - LEAKING

I liked the estimate. He was honest. I liked the way he presented it. He has no tool for carpentry but does plumbing.He was presentable.

Months ago, I decided to to have my old Weil Maclain heat boiler replaced. On both the internet and Agieslist website, I found an A rated contractor "Dundee Plumbing and Heating". Both Ian and Robert from the shop responded quickly and an appointment was set up for estimate. Ian came to look at the boiler. He is highly experienced. He told me the existing boiler was 30 years old at first glance and he was very right as it was installed in September 1989. He patiently and professionally answered all my questions and gave me a fair price for the complete replacement job. On the next day, Joann - a nice lady whom I met later - from the shop emailed me a detailed estimate. I paid my deposit few days later and scheduled the installation. The new boiler was installed on Oct. 15th. They called the day before to confirm everything was good to go. Two younger technicians came early in the morning to remove the old boiler and set up the new one. Both of them were respectful and courteous. Robert came later to do the wiring work. Watching the way he ran cables, I believed he is an expert in the field. The installation was completed in the afternoon. Before they left, they did a very nice cleanup. By the way, they also replaced my old mercury thermostat with a digital one. I thought I would get an inexpensive one but it turned out a decent Honeywell 4000 Pro. I have been using the boiler for more than 2 months and I am pleased with its performance. I am also very glad that I made a right decision letting Dundee Plumbing and Heating do the project. This company is truly A rated.

I am reviewing Pipe Service Pros : 163-23 21st Avenue, Whitestone,NY 11357 (I am not reviewing Dundee Plumbing & Heating ) The job was difficult because the gadget was an unfamiliar one and the instructions were not clearly indicated. But Sergio Pecunia was brilliant in figuring out how to do the job which was completed to my full satisfction. Sergio was very professional and so concerned with making sure the custumer was pleased that he returned in two days to check on his work, making sure everything was OK and the client happy.

After my "inspection" failed and I had my gas turned off, Dundee came in and replaced all my of my gas piping in a day and handled all the paperwork so it could get turned back on.

Perfectly! I had a leaky faucet and a dripping sink both issues were resolved. I had what I thought was a rocky toilet and after it was evaluated my concern was eliminated as it didn't need any work.

We had our gas conversion done in our private home in queens in Nov 2015 thru' another contractor with the assumption that the work performed was legal while adhering to the requisite city codes etc. In May'17 , Con Edison told us that it was not & cut our gas supply . We hired Dundee plumbing whose quote was very reasonable knowing how much work was involved . They helped us get back our cooking gas & hot water in 5 wks . But Con Edison took forever to connect the gas supply for the heat in the house to come back & we had to spend this brutal winter without heat!!!! During this time, Dundee plumbing were always on top of their game; timely , professional, thorough and super clean. They guided us thru ' all the steps , got the required permits , returned our calls in timely fashion. Finally we got heat back in the house last week, thanks to them. Dundee even came back a couple times to ensure that the all the radiators were working properly. I almost forgot to mention , during subzero temperatures in Jan , pipes froze & water was every where in the living room. Bobby was here in 45 min & stopped the flooding for us . Thanks Bobby, Joann & entire Dundee team. I would recommend Dundee Plumbing to anyone who is looking for professional , reliable and affordable service!!!!!!

They showed up on time, did the work, were very professional, finished earlier than they said they would be, cleaned up afterwards and took the time explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. They even helped with the paperwork for getting a rebate from my gas company. The new Boiler has been working great. All in all very happy with their work

Ian came within an hour of being called. He found the hot water line for the 2nd floor bathroom had broken and caused the flooding. He had to remove the dishwasher and a cabinet in order to find the leak which was behind the wall. He was able to remove a section, find the leak and repair it. He left the area immaculate, replaced the dishwasher and kitchen cabinet and everything is working perfectly. Wonderful work, great workers! They deserve the highest rating...and then some!

Made a few calls to look into replacing a broken water heater. Dundee was in the right price range and were the only ones that could work around my schedule without waiting for weeks. They arrived on time, were fast, acted professional, explained the work, and left the area looking better than when they came in.

They do my annual service on my broiler. They came out and did exactly what I wanted them to do and they did a good job on it.

I had called Dundee with multiple plumbing jobs -- didn't get a return call -- followed up twice -- still didn't get a return call from the plumber with a price or a request to set up an appointment to look at work that needed to be done.

They are excellent. They were very diligent, they were very good. I got Dundee Plumbing from Angie's List and I had seen quite a few high ratings for them. I used them and they were spot on, prompt, professional, customer service. As a matter of fact, when the guy replaced my water heater, he had spilled a little water on they carpet, and I really didn't even notice it. He called me later on that afternoon and said, I'm really sorry, when my worker removed the water heater, he spilled some water on your carpet, we'll call a cleaning service, we'll take care of it and that's exactly what he did.

Work was done well and relatively quickly. They even hauled away the old toilet, which was a nice bonus.

Dundee plumbing provides excellent service at reasonable prices with convenient modes of payment. In addition to doing a great job with all of the repairs we needed, Ian and his co-worker were punctual, reliable, honest, courteous, and cleaned up after they were done. JoAnn in the Dundee office was also very helpful with scheduling appointments. We recommend them highly and will definitely use their services again.

Showed up on time installed a new Gas Boiler with out disruption of our day, Cleaned up all debris and made sure the boiler was functioning properly. OMG they gave us a sizable rebate to boot! EVERY ONE involved was so welcoming and professional. A job well done!! We will hire them for ALL! Our plumbing needs.
