Dundee Plumbing & Heating

I've used them a half-dozen times, and they are the best. They come out right away, always do a good job, and are just wonderful people. Their workers are honest, helpful, and have great integrity. I can always count on them.

I was very pleased. They came quickly, did great work, and were very courteous.

The owner came to check what needed to be done and I liked the way he tried to figure out how to do the least damage to the finished basement. He e-mailed the paperwork (estimate) within a couple of days. I sent in the deposit and we set up an appointment for the following Monday. Two young men came on time and finished the job in one day. They were very efficient, very clean, and very respectful of my property. All the questions I had were answered in details and with knowledge.

CAME ,SAW WHAT WE NEEDED WENT TO WAREHOUSE CAME BACK IN A HOUR AND INSTALLED .. AMAZING ADD ON WHEN REMOVING OLD TANK ASKED FOR CLEANER AND PAPER TOWELS AND CLEANED BEHIND TANK AREA SAYING ONLY TIME TO DO IT .... THOUGHT THAT WAS NICELY OUTSIDE THE BOX , DIDN'T EXPECT IT ...

We were remodeling our kitchen and needed a plumber to uninstall the faucet, sink, dishwasher, and stove before demolition. Then we needed him to come back at the end of the remodel and reinstall everything. For both visits, we had two different pairs of guys come in. All four were professional, knew what they were doing, and had the necessary pipe fittings for our new sink. The process of uninstalling and then reinstalling everything went smoothly.

Dundee Plumbing & Heating were very goof. I was very happy with them. I and my friend both used him. They came in, they were on time, they wrote specifically what was included in the contract and I like that. They wrote down and included a lot. They included the chimney guy to come in and clean the chimney. They came in and they took care of the asbestos, they told me what I would need. I haven't had any problems. He came in and said it would take one day, they had someone come and took out whole water heater and the oil tank because I had big ones from way back, they installed it and they work. It was very good. They cleaned up after themselves and they were on time. I recommended him to a neighbor down the street. They took credit cards which was good. I called four plumbers and he was inline with what the other plumbers have said only he included more. I am going to use him again and luckily they weren't too far.

I thought it was very unprofessional of them. I think they should have at least called back and said that they were to busy and could handle my situation. I would have respected them if they did that but they didn't. I find it very rude and very unprofessional.

Everything went very well. Ian came early in the morning and I was able to leave him to do his job. He gave me a call when everything was completed. I did not have to stick around all day for hours. Afterward, he explained everything he did and I felt very comfortable. I have had other people who have done heating work for me in the past, but in this case, I wanted to make sure the job was done right. I wanted someone professional and this was not the time to cut corners. I feel I made the right decision and will definitely consider Dundee Plumbing in the future for any big jobs. Ian also went out of his way for me. Before the boiler could be supplied, I had to wait about 2 weeks due to the shortage from Hurricane Sandy. In that time, I had a motor fail for one of the heaters. I described the issue of the failed motor over the phone and Ian immediately knew what the issue was, told me he would take care of it, and did not charge me for it. He went beyond what was required of him and I appreciate it.

I have used them multiple times and the last time I used them, the price seemed to be high. They got the job done and I would call them again. They were reliable and came when they needed to.

Everything was excellent! They are courteous and consistent. I had been using another plumber for 15 years, but this time they sent out a guy who couldn't find nor fix the leak for SEVERAL weeks. Every time he came out, he had another story. I got sick of waiting around so that is why I looked into another plumber on The List and ended up using Dundee. I went to Dundees office to speak with them and let them know about the plumbing issues I was having. I also made sure that they would travel out to where my rental property was. They compose themselves and operate with the highest of integrity. They came out to the house and repaired the leak in a timely manner. Absolutely fantastic work! They had to send a tile guy in to replace the tiles that had been damaged on the walls as well. Dundee even called me when the job was done to give me a detailed report of everything that was done and exactly what the problem was. I have recommended them to several neighbors.

Great crew very organize clean up all mess and make sure everything is in full working order and the supervisor even test out the job that was perform on the property to make sure I am fully satisfy

They were in and out in no time. They did a good job and the price was much less than I thought it was going to be. I would recommend them easily. All I wanted was a new toilet and quickly, and that is what I got at a great price.

One night the loud banging coming from the radiators lasted all night long. We called Dundee the next day, and made an appointment for them to come and check the radiators out. They immediately saw that the boiler water pressure had been set too high and adjusted it - and with that THE BANGING STOPPED! On this appointment, they replaced the radiator valves to stop the leaking. From Joanne to Sunny and Vinny, Dundee exceeded our expectations and we're VERY VERY VERY happy with the work they did and how they did it. We will definitely, and always, call Dundee with any future plumbing and heating problems!

Overall all I wanted from them was an opinion and that is what I received.

It is one of my favorite companies; they are amazing. They are prompt and punctual both when the come and go. Next week they are going to install a water meter in a property I have; they are really good. Their prices are reasonable and they are clean and nice. They cleaned up well afterwards and I did not have to clean anything after they left; they took care of everything. They are very cultured and polite; one serviceman was training another one while they were here.

They were very clear of their availability and for the most part met the agreed upon scheduled appointment. We had previously had new radiators put in by another plumber and they were holding water and leaking. Dundee inspected job and had a definitive plan to address the issue. They told us they could not guarantee that pitching the ratiators up and shortening the piping would work, but there would be a good chance it would. They arranged the work in our tenants apartment without me having to be there and took care of the work in a few hours. I feel they were fair in the price and the radiators are working well now.

I contacted Dundee Plumbing on January 16, 2013 and they were able to send someone to my home the next day to repair the thermostat on my boiler. The technician, Anthony was punctual and professional. He took care of the problem in under an hour and explained his work and how to operate the new thermostat. He also explained that part of the problem was electrical and would have to be taken care of by an electrician. This was a very positive experience. We would use this company again.

Prompt service. Small mechanical parts needed replacement on the furnace and one radiator. Quick, clean job. Well done.

Dundee Plumbing & Heating did an excellent job on my conversion. They were on-time and extremely professional. They were very neat and cleaned up when the work was completed. I would definitely consider using them in the future if the need arises.

This job was suppose to take 1 day. I was impressed after they finished the job in 5 hours. 3 hours later, the new boiler stopped working. This happened 3 more times. Robert came back 3 times in 3 days to fix the problem. So I didn't have hot water and heat for 4 days. I told one of the employees and Robert not to discard my old boiler since I already promised it to someone else, what happened? It was junked and I never saw it again! So my experience with Dundee wasn't a good one.
