Description of Work: Deal for housecleaning , 4 hours $79. Gave this as a gift to someone. HORRIBLE! They NEVER returned any calls to attempt to schedule. They did not respond to voice messages that were left or even when Angie's List reached out to them. This must be a horrible, unreliable business. Do not use them.

Description of Work: Provider cancelled once at last minute. Rescheduled and advised us a couple of times of being delayed. Finally, called advising us she was 88 miles away and thought we lived in Queens not LI. The experience was hard to believe.

Description of Work: I made an appt with Bella last week for July 25th at 11:30 am. She called not long before appointment asking if she could come at 2, I said OK. By 2:35 she hadn't come and I called her. She called back and said she had a problem with another client. I said it's OK things happen but she should call. I asked her how soon she could get here and she told me twenty minutes. Thirty-five mins later I was about to call again and she called. She said she could come now and I asked where she was, she told me Selden which was still a half hour away! I told her I had waited all day and had to go out. She told me she could come on Saturday and would call me that night. I never heard from her.
