They were supposed to come at 5 PM on Friday - never showed - I called her and was told they would be an hour or so late. I told her that's no good b/c my husband was starving to go out to dinner - come tomorrow morning at a certain time (can't remember) but that it had to be early - having a big July 4th party that afternoon and evening. She said they would come at 8AM. They didn't - I had to call her again - she said they would be there in an hour or so with an extra person to make it quick. One girl speaking pretty good English came in with another girl who didn't speak or understand a word. I told them what I wanted done (just kitchen, living room, den, bath, dust, vacuum, wash the floors - NO bedrooms) so she takes off and leaves the poor girl who doesn't speak English - she tells me she will be RIGHT BACK and of course she didn't come back for over an hour. Sloppy work - popcorn on the rug under my husband's recliner, dust and dirt behind the trash pail in the kitchen - she was mopping around things instead of picking them up - when she came to say they were done I was on my hands and knees in the bathroom, re-vacuuming the dirt they left behind. I was furious and she could see it on my face. They left quickly. A nightmare.

They did all I asked to do, vacuum , dust, mop, etc.

Two hours later, when Bella had not returned, I called her. She told me to have the girls wait outdoors for her. It was a chilly day and they were in short sleeves. In my very limited Spanish, I invited them to come back into the house, where we waited another hour for Bella to return, making me late for my appointment. On the phone, Bella was a very caring person. As a business person, she needs to become more organized. We appreciate her employees' hard work, yet other cleaning services accomplish more in the same time period.

She was fabulous. I am thinking of using her regularly.

It went very good. He was good. Overall I think it was very good service. The two people that came they were very nice and also they understood what I wanted to do and they did it very well. I would use them again.

She was good. They worked well. She did wax the bathroom floor, which made it a bit too slick for liking.

She called and informed me that she was running a little late. She stayed and made up the time and made sure that everything was done. She worked non-stop throughout the day. They were very thorough, no short cuts.

Excellent Service! The service was for four hours but they stayed longer as they didn't finish the house. They did not charge extra. They did an amazing job and would definitely use them again.

They were very professional, and it was job well done. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I saw the ad on email. Made appointment over the phone for Tuesday June 25, 2013, after 1 pm. I wrote this date on my calender. When we hung up Bella said good-by see you Wednesday ???? I called her back immediately to confirm the day, she said she would be here on Tuesday June 25. By 2:45 on Tuesday June 25 I was getting concerned because the ad was for 6 hrs of cleaning. So I called her to see what time she was coming. She said our appointment was for Wednesday?? She said she was not far from my house and could come over now. So much work just to make the appointment. She had a helper so it would take 3 hrs. I agreed. After 1 hr or so of cleaning she said she had to leave (personal problem) but she would be back tomorrow (Wed) at 8 am. She left the scatter rugs on the chair in my bedroom that didn't look like they were vacuumed. When I mentioned this to Bella the next day and she said they were cleaned. Tuesday they finished 1 bedroom and a half bathroom upstairs . Her helper was using the swifter on the stairs but they left before she finished. They came back at 8:30 Wed. I worked full time for 37 years and cleaned my house. (4 kids) I used cleaning services for a few years and know how good they can be. In this case I got what I paid for but didn't need the hassle. I have 4 bedrooms all they had to clean was 1 bedroom, 1 and a bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Never again. Bella called me last week July 15 or 16, and asked me what day our appointment was for. I had to remind her that our appointment was in June. She must be in demand somewhere.

I contacted provider based on Angie's List reviews and an appointment was set for an initial deep cleaning with bi-weekly follow-ups. I received a call back after the conversation to confirm my address. When the agreed upon date came, the provider did not show up nor was a call received to explain or reschedule.

Bella Cleaning service which provided this service was supposed to be at my home a 11AM on the above date, at 11:15AM I received a call they would be here at 12 noon, they finally arrived at 1:15PM. The Lady in charge asked me if I had a vacuum, she than asked me if I had cleaning supplies, this took me by surprise, assuming they would have these items. I showed where I had my cleaning supplies, she than asked if I had Paper towels and windex. As this was my first time having this service performed I was not familiar with how this worked. I stepped outside and sat on my front stoop, about 15 minutes went by and the Lady in charge stepped out an said she would be back in about an hour. Again seemed awkward she left the young lady inside doing all the work. This was about 1:30 PM. Around 2:45 she came back and went inside. At around 3:00 PM she came out and said they were done. She announced that they had used two towels, (cloth) and that they were dirty did I want them or throw them out. Again this seemed odd. They departed and I got too look around for the most part the young girl had done a nice job, however in the basement they did not clean the window sill by the A/C it was filthy. On the whole they were pleasant but feel by them using my cleaning supplies they did take advantage of me.

I scheduled an appointment to get a quote for cleaning my apartment. Bella did not make it but she called. We agreed on a price over the phone and scheduled a date for the cleaning of my apartment. Bella did not show up nor did she call. I understand that things happen but the courtesy of a phone call would have been nice. Where is the professionalism?

Bella is a very nice lady. Her price is good and she provides the services you ask for. However, Bella was late the first time we used her by a 1/2 hour. We had a move out cleaning scheduled so I gave her a second chance. She was supposed to arrive at 4pm on July the 3rd and by 4:30 she still had not arrived. i called her and she said she would be running late and could she come at 6pm. She called again around 7pm and asked if she could come the following morning the 4th at 8am. My husband went to the house and waited for her for an hour until she finally arrived. As I stated, before she performed the services fairly, as requested. My husband asked for a discount based on her late arrival and she gave him 20 dollars off her price of 140 for a 1500 square foot home.

The kitchen looks brand new, overall excellent job. Very friendly crew. Will definitely use again. They came the next day I purchased the deal. I also had them to clean the carpets in 3 rooms, they look like brand new, fantastic job!

We had Bella come twice. She brought another 2 ladies for a 3-person crew in all. I was happy to pay what I thought was about a $25 premium given the reviews on this site. She initially had to reschedule the estimate a couple times, and then was fairly noncommunicative the first day she was supposed to come over, to the point where my wife had to reschedule the appointment, since Bella was about 2 hours late at that point. But when she came over, my wife spent some time with her going over the details, and over the course of about 2 hours would periodically show her a couple places to make sure she got to. Totally expected for the first time. I was out of town but my wife said she was happy with the service. Today was the second time. When I got home, I looked around and saw lots of evidence of a half-baked effort. There are still cobwebs on a light fixture we have in one room. Dust on another mirror in the bedroom. Forgetting to change sheets on the bed. Caked-on gunk on another window. Laundry left in the hamper in the bedroom. I could go on and on. It's disappointing because we had high hopes, but for the cost I just didn't see much evidence of being detail-oriented, and the earlier lack of punctuality wasn't helpful either. So, in sum, it is an effort I'd gladly pay $80 for, but $140 for 2 hours split between 3 women for roughly 2200 sq ft ... not nearly good enough. Edit: the last time it was 2 women for just under 2.5 hours. So we didn't even get what we agreed on the second time.

Easy to work with; Understood exactly what I needed from her/them during this initial visit. Moving forward, our next appointment planned will be either to polish silver or tackle windows! I quickly felt a lift from the improvement made about the home that made me very happy. Thank you Bella...

Bella is a lovely person with a great attitude--very pleasant and wanting to please. She works very hard and does a beautiful job. I am very pleased. She is punctual and understands what my needs are and has completely satisfied. I feel very comfortable with her and highly recommend her service.

Everything went well, I am satisfied. She did a good job and I was happy with the price.

It went great! I would trust her with my children I love her that much! My best friend used to clean my house for me but she moved to N.Carolina a few years ago. She was a hard act to follow but Bella has done an admirable job and at times has surpassed my expectations. I wish I could afford to use her every week!!!!

Called Bella's cleaning because the women I have been using were at times very hard to get in touch with. They cancelled my last appointment, so I called Bella. She was very easy to reach and we set up an appointment for that same week. They (Bella and a helper) cleaned all my rooms, lr, dr, kit, office, 3 br, finished basement and 3 bathrooms. They were here almost 3 hours. They were very thorough and I have made another appointment with them.

it went exellent my house finaly looks clean. I have my house cleaned every week and I am always suprised with the work they did. Every time they clean it better than the last time. I have no regrets calling Bellas cleaning service.

Bella and her people are so good that I do not really want to tell anyone about them (and we are very picky.) This is old-school cleaning, great attention to detail, pride in their work. Flexible, trustworthy, prompt and responsible. She is fairly new to Long Island and her client roster will fill up quickly. You will be very pleased with their work.
