They’re very good and the service is excellent.

I called Greenfeild plumbing and explained to them that I wanted my kitchen sink faucet changed. I had already bought the faucet and wanted an estimate of how much it would cost. They said they would call me back but never did. I called them again and the same old. I guess my job was too small for them. :(

These guys are always terrific. Personal attention, timely professional work. I use them for all of my plumbing, heating work.

They came out when they said they would. Their work was fine. They were professional and their workmanship was excellent. They were friendly, and we liked them. I have no complaints, but plumbers are expensive. We do intend to use them again, though.

They came when they said, they did a good job, and we are reasonably happy. There were some issues but they took care of them. They are local and they came quickly when I asked.

I called four companies and they were the only ones that came when I had a problem. They were not cheap. I liked their responsiveness. If I had a real issue with the gas leak I would have been in trouble. They replaced the hose and it wasn't difficult to locate. They replaced and put it back in the wall.

They were also great. They were nice guys that worked here. They did a good job. We did have a few things that didn't quite work the first time around, which they came back and repaired at no charge. The owners are wonderful. They run the business. They are very responsive and always come out quickly. They are always available to answer questions.

The few times we used them, we thought that they did what they were supposed to do. They were prompt and neat. We spent about $170 on the last job which was something minor.

I'm very happy. First, when I called to arrange for them to come, a very pleasant woman answered the phone and gave me an appointment time the next day within a 15-window (as opposed to the vague "sometime in the afternoon (unless we forget about you)" that you often hear. A plumber arrived within this time frame, diagnosed the problem, gave me a ballpark estimate, and zipped out to get parts. He returned within the hour with another plumber who was set on the task of completing the work. Both men were very polite, task-oriented, efficient, clean cut and pleasant. I have a harmless old dog who is a bit of a busy-body, and the plumber who was doing the work took a moment to pet the dog (yeah, that counts for brownie points). The work was done in a tidy manner, and there was no residual mess afterwards. The entire experience was professional and painless. Plumbing is never inexpensive, but I'm comfortable that I paid a reasonable amount for a task well done. I intend to use this company for plumbing concerns in the future, and I don't hesitate to recommend them based on my experience.

Greenfield Plumbing & Heating was pretty good. They came right over and did a good job. It was very reasonable compared to other people that I called. They gave me a discount for being a new customer. They were very efficient and quick. I am going to call them back to do some more work for me. They were very professional. It is a family owned business. The owner himself came to my home to check out the work that I needed to have done. He seems like a very responsible person.

They showed up on time (2 men) and were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and worked very quickly. They even came back (no extra charge) that same morning to hook up our washer and dryer when the washer and dryer installers left without hooking up the machines. They also gave us an estimate for a new boiler. While expensive, they were cheaper than the other two estimates we have received and we will probably use them for this project as well.

The workers were prompt, efficient, courteous, and answered all my questions. They did their work neatly and cleaned up afterwards.

THEY WERE FINE. I JUST THINK PLUMBING IN GENERAL IS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. THE MONEY IN GENERAL IS EXORBITANT. IT WAS FAIR & FINE. THERE WAS NOTHING IS WRONG. THE WORK WAS DONE CORRECTLY.

THEY'RE GOOD. THEY CAME, AND THEY PUT THE BOILER IN. IT'S WORKING. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS DEALING WITH THE COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
