Description of Work: I bought a big deal through Angie's List. I asked them right away if there would be a language barrier, but I found that only one of the four people they sent out spoke english. I had described my house to them before they came out, but when they got there they did not complete my whole house. They told me that my house was too big and that I would have pay extra. I said no. They didn't even clean very well, and then when they left they asked me to pay them. I told them that I had already paid Angie's List and they looked at me like they had no idea what I was talking about. They just shrugged their shoulders and left. I actually allowed them to use my supplies and I even bought other supplies I didn't have on hand.
