Everything went fine.

The girls were wonderful, you couldn’t ask for better. But the lady that is running the show, I would never hire again. She essentially insulted my daughters and I. She accused my daughters of trying to set up private deals with the cleaning girls, which they didn’t do. She also quoted a particular price for the supplies but the prices continued to change. The whole thing was a mess. In consequence, I wouldn’t hire her. The women who come are punctual and do a terrific job.

Overall, The Girls were a disappointment.

They came out and cleaned for 50 minutes of the hour that was promised. They charged us for using their supplies and then used our cleaning supplies, as well without permission. We contacted them to let them know our expectations were not met and they became very rude over the phone. I asked specifically for them to clean the oven, which was not even started. They said they would come back to clean the oven and never ended up doing so.

four lovely ladies arrived promptly, took to the house like scrubbing bubbles and left one hour later to my complete satisfaction.

4 cleaners arrived on time (1 supervised and translated for the others). In 2 hours they were able to do a good job on the bathrooms. In the kitchen there were many pluses but a few minuses (e.g., they did the inside of the microwave (plus) but not the top of the refrigerator (minus). They cleaned the outside of the cabinet doors well (plus) but not the inside (minus). There was a white ring from a bucket of water left on the living room hard wood floor (I debated rating quality a "C" because of this but felt that the majority of the service was good).

They did a very good job. They were recommended on Angie's List. I would use them again in the future.

After a couple of false starts, a date and time was made. The ladies came on tim e and were ready to work. I have a large finished basement and the floor was too much for me to wash. The ladies cleaned and washed my floor and steps. Everything was done in the alloted time and was done well. The ladies were efficient and polite.

Very nice people. Did a very competent job. Came on time and cost was as quoted. Would definitely use again.

We purchased the Big Deal for two hours of housecleaning. When we contacted the cleaning company to set up an appoinntment, we let her know that our house has not been professionally cleaned before and that I have four boys under the age of 10. Also, we stated that we thought it may go over the two hours the Big Deal was for but willing to pay the extra hour or so. The day the appointment was set, the owner called and stated that the four persons going to clean our house were going to be a little late and be there at 12:30. I informed her again that I had to pick up my kids and that was pushing it. They didn't arrive until 1. At 3 p.m. I had to leave to pick up my kids and the lead person stated that they needed about 15 more minutes. I stated that this fine and don't mind having them stay and I will be back in about 10 minutes. At that time, I let them know that I would like to clean behind the kitchen knook and did see them pushing it out (there were some cases of water-not heavy), but when I came back they were all in the car waiting for me and wanting to receive the voucher. They didn't get my approval for the cleaning, as they were in the car, and then drove away. One day passed, I dropped something underneath the breakfast knook and it was not cleaned at all. Also, the scuff marks were also still there in the living room. I called the owner this morning and let her know the events that happened. She did listen to what I said at first and stated that I got a cleaning service for $150, what else do you want? I let her know that they didn't do what they said, so effectively lied to me that some of the cleaning was done when not and that she was not there to supervise. The owner's reply was that my house was an 'f'in mess.' I couldn't believe her reply and and told her that I will call Angie's List. She stated that I can do what I want to do and hung up on me.

Took advantage of The Big Deal special. Four ladies showed up and cleaned the areas that needed cleaning. If one finished early they would join another to help them finish cleaning that area.

The team of four showed up a bit late (they had the wrong address). The supervisor in charge asked me about what needed to be done (thankfully there were no language barriers with her) and then they began. One person started in the kitchen, one went to the bathroom, and the others started dusting and then vacuuming. In an hour, they were all finished. Overall, the job was done well. Obviously they didn't get to some of the details due to time (the kitchen cabinets, the floor moldings, the inside oven or refrigerator) but the bathroom was thoroughly cleaned. At the end of the hour, the supervisor took me to view certain spaces and told me what was done. I appreciated that she wanted my approval before they left. I took this deal because it was a "big deal" on this site - normally it would've been $100 for the hour - I'm not sure I'd be willing to pay that, not because they weren't competent, but because it's a lot of money. The other thing was that I was handed a holiday tip envelope when they walked in and although it wasn't required that I give a tip I did anyway, being that it was holiday time. Otherwise, I thought I was paying enough for the service.

Overall it was okay. When they first came in they were unsure if they were using my cleaning supplies or theirs. After showing them the rooms they quickly began their work. I then removed myself so they could do their work. When they were done we walked through the house. She asked me if it was okay and I said yes. This was my first time having a cleaning service so I was unsure what to expect but I wasn't impressed. I had hoped they would do some of the work that I didn't want to do. Particularly the tiled floors.

The contact person, Ms. Calamusa, was very professional and responsive, willing to communicate via phone, text or email. She was able to schedule me for the job well in advance of the holidays, about two weeks after I first called. She gave me a detailed list of cleaning materials to supply for the job. Her team of four arrived on time at 8:15am and worked non-stop for 3 hours, top to bottom. They were very thorough, even moving certain pieces of furniture to make sure to sweep, vacuum, or dust all around. I can't adequately describe how detailed they were with scrubbing, wiping, over and under everything to get all the messy stuff out, from dead plant leaves, cobwebs, dust balls, fingerprints, etc. Also, they paid attention to my pet peeves: eliminating cobwebs and wiping down the interior window sills (yes, I specifically asked for that, and they did it.) The house looked so good, I should have taken pictures before the kids came home. As much as I'd like to think I could be as serious and dedicated about cleaning my own house, they really did it better than I could myself. And they finished it in 3 hours! We have full-time jobs too, so this deep cleaning was much needed and I'm pleased to say, very well done. [Note: I had decided to hire this company because of the Angie's List Deals (the discount coupon promotional).]

Do negotiate the price before you start. Do not assume there is only "one price". Everything is negotiable People were responsible, polite and respectful of our home.

Bumpy start at first as the cleaning crew hit traffic on the way, but very efficient and hassle-free. I wish I had asked to do the upstairs as well for the same deal!

It's been two days and so far they haven't even returned my email about a tentative date for the cleaning.I understand they must be busy with a lot of Big Deal responders, but given the fact the scheduling will certainly be tight to accomodate people for holiday cleaning, I can't believe they haven't even written back with available dates.I'm going to try to get my money refunded through Angies List first, and if unsuccessful, then through Paypal.

They were professional and they followed up. They seem to offer many other services at a reasonable price. The process itself was very smooth. I did not use them because their prices were a bit higher than some of the other estimates we received. I may consider them to provide me with an estimate in the future.

They are excellent. They do very good work. They are very punctual.

When I contacted Best Cleaning I explained to the person that I needed a though deep cleaning and that I especially wanted the kitchen cabinets and oven cleaned. Neither of these 2 things were done, what they did was a superficial surface cleaning . I will now have to sit on the floor and do it myself....I feel like I wasted my money, as for the quality of the job they did, I could have employed local person for 25% less. I was willing to pay more because they assured me that they would do what I hired them to do.

They are very professional. They do an excellent job cleaning. The only negative thing about them is that they do not put things back exactly where they found them. So when you come home you will find pictures rearranged. Then you need to spent time putting things back. I will continue to use them in the future.

Best Cleaning Service of Long Island Inc. cleaned my upstairs cabinets but I did not really need that. They said the first visit is more expensive than the rest of the visits. I thought it was a lot of money, so I need to do some thinking before I pay that much for cleaning again. I did not need the upstairs cabinets done. They did do a good job and were very pleasant. I would use them regularly if they were not so pricey.

The girls arrive on time and the manager always asks if there are any special instructions or anything special I need done. They get right to work and really know what they are doing. Everyone is very polite and professional. They do an excellent and thorough job.
