It was a pleasure working with Frank from Tedco from the first point of contact. He was very flexible with scheduling and arrived on-time. The overall interaction was extremely positive - Frank was happy to talk through everything he did and provided a lot of insight into the systems and health of my air conditioning system. The conversation moved into general HVAC topics including home heating and was overall a very positive experience. I would certainly recommend this particular service as well as the company overall for any future needs.

Central air system checked out OK. Unit was installed 6 years ago but never had maintenance service. Frank was courteous and helpful. After checking system he gave info on care and maintenance which I was not aware of - such as to look for ice formation at key points. He took time to answer questions and to offer advice. Did not look to do any unneeded repairs.

purchased great deal that provider offered for $49.00. Frank inspected my central air thoroughly since it was not cooling the way it used to. The unit being only 3 years old I knew something was off. Frank took his time and explained and showed me what to look for to diagnose problem. Unit needed freon and I was charged a reasonable price for it. He also explained that it most likely a leak, recharging it is a temp fix.

I purchased a 20 pt inspection of my central AC. Got an email back from Tedco stating that there were delays and email kick backs from Angie's, To please call them. They stated that Liz was handling all appts. I called and the call went to voicemail. I left a massage. Did not get a response, called the next day and the call went to voicemel again, I did not leave a message. called the next day and the seme issue. At this point I feel that I don't want any service from this company, I am not claiming anything negative about their work, none was performed. I can only judge them on their response. If you are going to grow your business in a competitive market, then you must strive to be better than your competitors and it starts with 'answering the phone' always. if Liz is handling appoitments, then she needs to pick up the phone, no matter what, it all starts with that first call and the response the customer gets is critical or it's all downhill from then on.

he price was great $49. However we were disappointed with the quality of the service. We were told that we needed to get Freon added to our system and it would cost $75/pound. The gauge that they used said we currently had no Freon in the system. We did not understand why that was since when we turned on the central air the house was getting cool. So we got another company to inspect the system and it turned out that the system was fine and currently has 5 pounds of Freon. So in my opinion Tedco Group Inc is not honest and everyone should be aware of this. I can't believe that Angie's List promotes deals from this company. I also feel that we should be reimbursed for this service.

He was good and is trying to get his schedule on track. He apologized for that. Plan to use him again.

After checking my central A/C unit, it was determined that it needed coolant, but unfortunately, it was too cool outside to perform this task. Frank suggested I call when the outside temperature was much higher. I called and Frank came back to my residence and added the necessary coolant. In addition, he balanced the flow inside the house. Very friendly and answered the phone each time I called.

Frank was professional and very helpful.

Immediately after purchasing my "big deal" , Frank got in touch with me to schedule an appointment. We were able to work out a convenient appointment within a 2 week timeframe, which was perfect for me. Frank showed up when he promised and got to work immediately. He did a thorough inspection of our AC system, including going up in our very tight attic space, and checked everything from vents and filter to condenser. He made sure the system was functioning properly and efficiently so that, at this point, we just have to turn it on when we are ready. He was very personable and , even though he had 2 other jobs to get to before he was done for the day, he took the time to answer all the questions that we had. I was very happy with the service and will definitely keep the number handy for any future needs.

I'm very happy. He showed up on time for the appointment, completed the inspection quickly and thoroughly and provided me with details on what further maintenance may be required in the future.

The provider was warm and friendly and very helpful. His personal and respectful attitude was matched only by his professionalism. He was very thorough and detailed and patiently explained the operation and care of the units. The information and asked for specs were just what I needed to make an informed decision on any future decisions concerning installation of any HVAC units in my home and I would definitely call him for the job!

He proceeded with the attic central unit first and told me everything checked out positively. When he went outside to make required checks on the exterior fan, etc. he told me there was power to the unit but it wasn't running. I mentioned that when I covered the outside fan unit in the late Fall for the winter it was running OK. He tried a number of things and stayed with it until he finally found and fixed the problem which turned out to be a loose connection which he repaired. I'm sure he spent more time than usual on my tune-up than others but he said there was no additional charge which made me very happy. The person doing the work was the owner Frank Tedco and was friendly and answered all my questions.

We called Frank from Tedco and he came over and evaluated the project. He gave us the best price and the work was started and completed as discussed. They were prompt and cleaned everything up as if they weren't there. We were very pleased and would highly recommend them.
