Terrific. Called at 7:30 am and Frank answered phone. technician came at 10:30 and was done by 11:15. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend this company.

I probably wouldn't do it again because I don't think it really was very thorough.

Never performed and have tried to coordinate the appointment several times.

Owner is a very down to earth, nice guy. I originally had him come in to check my ac system last year after we first moved in and noticed the air was not coming out cold. He quickly checked the system and told me we were low on freon. He told me the pros and cons and I took the risk and tried to recharge the system knowing there was a chance the leak was large enough that the freon may just all leak out. He recharged and it lasted the whole summer. This summer came around and we tried one more time and got through the summer on a charge again. Owner is not pushy, nor will he try to upsell you or sell you services you do not need. Strongly considering replacing at least one a/c unit (we have two) this winter and if we do, will definitely go with this company. Highly recommended.

Unit was not able to be saved.

It went well. He came and tightened a few screws on my unit and then crawled around in my attic to check.

I had problems scheduling an appointment; it took a couple of weeks for him to get out here. He was really nice. He did good work and came out quickly when I needed work after the initial appointment. The first time, he was at the home for a half hour for a check-up. The second time, he was at the home for an hour.

There is nothing to compare since services were not completed.

He was prompt. He didn't really do anything. He put the air conditioner on. It did turn on and it was blowing cold air. He did go up into the attic and inspected. It was just a visual inspection. It wasn't anything like he checked the valves or any of that. It was like a 1, 2, 3 kind of thing. He did what he had to do. He was there within 15 minutes after my mom called him. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. Nothing was changed. No filters were changed. It was just to see that it was working. It was an older unit and it had never really got that cold. So I wanted somebody to take a look at it. Take a look at what's working and what might not be working and then make a recommendation for repair or replacement. As far as measuring or testing the actual temperature and looking at the level of Freon that was in the system, I don't think he did that.

They were on time and did a good job. There was some extra work but it was a fair price.

I purchased a big deal with them. They responded to me very quickly, and let me know that they are unable to work on the type of furnace that I have.

Could not complete job. Will look for another service provider for job within Angie's List.

Straight up guy. Personable and professional. I hired him to repair a burnt out piece later in the summer. Quick job and had a good cool summer.

We had to reschedule meeting several times, which was frustrating, but when Frank got here he was very thorough and generous.

Technician was very friendly and explained everything in detail and gave me all of my options. I was able to make an informed decision and I am very happy with the results.

They didn’t show up and did not contact me at all after I purchased the deal. When I later contacted him, he gave many excuses such as that the email was not working very well. He didn’t do what he was supposed to do and started to blame Angie’s List for the communication problems. He did eventually come out and complete the tune-up. He checked the unit, said that it is working, and then he left.

Talked about replacing the AC. Provider said he will notify his boss and get me an estimate. That was the last I've heard of them.

I needed my air conditioner serviced fairly quickly. They took weeks to contact me. I had to choose another contractor at a significantly higher price.

It went well. They were really prompt, really efficient and they did what they were supposed to do. They were very responsive. They were right on time.

I did not have a good experience with them. I had to ask him to do a good job. I had to tell him to do some things, to be thorough. He didn't look at a lot of stuff he should have. If I hadn't been home, he would have just left a lot of stuff. I made him do the things he should have. I think he does this to people who have no knowledge of how things should be. My previous company had been coming out and showing me everything to do, so I knew what needed to be done. He would have not checked anything and said it was fine, so he could leave. They should be honest in doing their work, not just come and look and go. He would not have checked a lot of things if I hadn't been home and watching him.
