Description of Work: I found out when the provider arrived that he serviced central a/c units. and not through-the-wall a/c units. I hadn't realized this when I purchased the service. Nonetheless, he was willing to look at my through-the-wall a/c unit. The filter was dirty and I will purchase a new filter. He also looked at two other through-the-wall a/c units I had that were not working. He told me that the motor was shot on one of them, and on the other a/c unit the noise I heard was from the blade rubbing against metal. He suggested that I contact an appliance repair person to fix this as fixing this was out of his scope. I appreciated his honesty.
