Description of Work: The person who came to check the electric was very thorough. I was dismayed at the end, though, when he told me I needed approximately $15,000.00 worth of electrical work done in my home. Is the promotional simply a come-on for this company to get business, telling the homeowner they need a lot of work? I am skeptical about this.

Description of Work: The electrician came as they said he would. He installed a new table lamp in the kitchen and repaired one over the kitchen sink. He connected a gable fan in the attic, where it was very hot but he did not hesitate or delay. Finally he made an inspection of my electrical system and compiled a list of recommendations. He explained what he was doing as he went along. The price was not cheap but I think it was fair. I was very satisfied.

We just contacting you about this rating - It was determined we were not out there to your home on September 18 2013. 1. Our tech was there July 31 2013 invoice 7648 you paid $241.14 2. Our service manager just reviewed our service call with you. 3. It was determined NOTHING was done in a dangerous manner. 4. 2 outlets were installed in kitchen for your safety. 5. Our tech found EXPOSED wire - IN THE WALL he addressed this by installing a junction box with an accessible COVER. This is REQUIRED by CODE. 6. Our technician left you with a complete set of documents showing all that was done and WHY and quoted you all the other items you had requested. We are not responsible for any work done by others we were only there on July 31st 2013. You agreed the information you wrote in your review is NOT accurate. Unfortunately we cannot change what you wrote here about our company and we hope you will follow through as promised to change your review above. Mister Sparky
