It was excellent. Excellent service and he went extra mile.

The service is great, they are nice and punctual and do great work but WOW is it expensive. they charge $55 just to show up and do NOT deduct that from any work done even if the final total is more than $800!

Went very well...I have used them several times now and always happy..a bit pricey...however,...I am confident because we are dealing with electric and I feel you get what you pay for. never disappointed with Mr Sparkey electric

We had a good experience but they were just very expensive. Their price could be a little more reasonable. They installed a bathroom fan and they broke my wall. I had to actually fix it and redo the whole thing myself. They didn't reimburse anything for that. That's why they don't get an A. They did do a very good job in everything else they did. I would not use them again just because of the price.

They were below expectation. They're just using it as a bait, rather than a complete service or whatever they are talking about, they using it as a bait because they tried to upsell me on some other stuff.

Job was more involved than originally expected. Frank Amore Jr. and his assistant were punctual, professional, patient and thorough. They explained what they were doing and were focused on the detail of their work. They included a safety inspection and made recommendations. This two man team was very professional and neat about their work.

October 1 I happened to notice water droplets coming from inside my main electric panel. I called Sparky electric and hoped fro a quick response because we were facing a severe rainstorm that Friday and I was very concerned about the possibility of fire.. They were there the next day. They had to remove the entire electric service from the roof since down it was determined the leak was coming from the main cable down through the electric meter and into the main breaker. They worked all day and had it completed before evening. Excellent work and the outcome was terrific One last development. I called my insurance company and they seemed hesitant to accept my claim because all I had was my statement and already completed work. I called Sparky. They immediately emailed me a complete package that included their invoice and a complete set of before and after photos of all work. Case closed. My claim was accepted. Both the insurance adjuster and PSEG remarked on how professional the was.

All went well. Professional, on time, called when appropriate.

Provider was professional and was prompt.

Overall, we felt that the electrician was professional and answered all of our questions. The work done to replace the light was done well and price was fair. The electrician said up front that their prices are high, and claimed it was due to better quality work. However, while there he wrote up a quote of $6,500 to have an electrical panel upgraded. This seemed high to us and we had a few estimates afterward. All were less expensive by a few thousand dollars. In addition, the other estimates included work which the Mr. Sparky electrician did not even mention. For example, we were told that our panel was too close to the gas meter and needed to be moved and that the main power line in the street was too low and needed to be raised. This was not mentioned or factored into the estimate from Mr. Sparky. In the end we went with another electrician and paid $4,000 for the upgrade and other work which Mr. Sparky had not factored in.

Very prompt service. In the four hours that the job took, the technician was extremely neat and updated me throughout the job.

Right on time. Professional and courteous. Very knowledgable they found a potential problem I wasn't even aware of. I would definitely use again.

He did what he had to do and he explain everything. He gave us the price for it. They were very good. They gave us a discount.

Did not have appropriate size ceiling lights. Messy.

My experience with them was good. There were no issues with scheduling. Overall, everything went very well.

That service turned out okay. Their prices were really steep though. Two electricians came out for the inspection. They were nice and professional. They were also nice to work with.

I was hesitant to work with an electrician I didn't know, but I was home Friday and had a mixed bag of repairs and installs to be made. Based on their rating and location, I tried Mr. Sparky. I was given an appointment for the next day but got a call back shortly after saying that there was a worker in my area with a cancellation. On the call, I was given a good overview of the was pricing was determined. The electrician, Ed, was terrific. He showed up with a doormat and shoe covers to keep things neat, he reviewed the work with me and provided guidance on some other items that didn't end up needing repairs. He seemed extremely knowledgeable, and gave me clear information on everything that needed to be done and offered me options where appropriate. He clearly explained pricing. The work was done well. He also pointed out where he made a little mark on the wall when the bathroom fan slipped. The price was reasonable, but perhaps a bit higher than a smaller, independent electrician. However, it was nice to have a fixed price because the work took longer than planned because of an issue with the fan. Between the warranty, quality of work and professionalism, I think you get your money's worth and the peace of mind that comes with working with a larger operation.

All things went well. Nothing else to report at this time.

Service and quality were great. Service was conducted as stated and technician showed up on time both days. Professional and repsectful. Only negative would be the price. Prices seem higher than other providers but I was able to get the work done right away and have them show up so that counts for something. Would recommend to a friend.

I received an email stating that they do not service my area, but their listings list my area so this is a bit deceiving.

The services were amazing. At every appointment the staff arrived on time or early. They place a carpet outside your front door and wear red booties to avoid tracking dirt into your house. On the day of construction the crew arrived early and fully prepared for work. They worked hard, didn't BS, went straight to work, and except for when I ASKED them to stop for a bite, they would have worked all day. At the conclusion of the work, everything was done exactly like I asked. The house was clean, vacuumed and there wasn't a trace of their presence, except for the wonderful electrical work done. I would highly recommend their services.

Joe was friendly and proceeded to check out all of the electric in the house. Turned out everything was over 20yrs old and needed to be replaced. Some of the wires in the outlets were melting! We needed GFI outlets in bathrooms and kitchen and we had no smoke/co detectors, we also wanted our outdoor floodlights and motion sensors repaired - basically the house was not up to code. Joe gave us an estimate and when we agreed to it, he started on everything immediately. He worked hard all day and came back the next morning to finish up. Everything looks fantastic and everything works! The work is guaranteed for the next few years. We could not have been happier with Joe's professionalism, friendliness (he even got along with our dogs) and knowledge. The work was well worth the money. We knew what each thing cost and what each was for. We will definitely be using Mr. Sparky for all of our electrical needs in the future and we also will be recommending this company to everyone!
