Kevin did an excellent job. He did his best to minimize the mess of tearing out an old shower unit and installing new. I was impressed with Kevinâ s attention to detail. Great job Kevin.

We had our bath tub replaced which was leaking down to 1st floor bathroom. The new Bath Plant NY Acrylic tub and walls are beautiful. Kevin, our installer did a great job with installation, he was very professional, tidy, clean, safety conscious, and on time. Thank you Kevin! And thank you Doug and Jim for all the arrangements and correspondence.

I am very pleased with my new Bath Planet Southern Tier NY walk in shower. My sales rep, Doug, walked me through the entire purchase with ease. Daniel and Zachary did a phenomenal job on the installation (in 2 days). Everyone was kind and courteous. The owner, Jim, stopped by during the installation to meet me and make sure I was happy with the progress. When I stopped by the office to look at the displays, Meagan, was kind and helpful. I had met with other companies prior to choosing to work with Bath Planet. I am happy that they are here to meet our bathroom remodeling needs. Absolutely love our bathroom from the Bath Planet Southern Tier, Horseheads NY location . Have waited to post review in case there were any issues, but it's been 4 months & everything is great. Gabe, the installer, knows his stuff and did fantastic job. We had complete bathroom renovation and they installed our separately purchased sink, toilet, cabinet, mirror, towel rack, & fan in shower ceiling. Also put in new sheetrock & painted it. We went with Bath Planet because we really liked the material examples we were shown at consultation. It was the type of material we were interested in because tile really is a chore to keep nice. Our shower, shower floor, & bathroom flooring are SO easy to care for & are durable. Beyond happy with their service & product. Plan on using them for our tub replacement in our other bathroom.

From coming to our home to show us what was available to checking on the finished bathroom we could not be more happy with a company. They customized everything to us and our needs and the workmanship is excellent.

The folks at Bath Planet are the real deal. They didn't just sell us a product, but a philosophy that's honest and transparent. The service is fantastic, and the guys that did the work are amazing. Too many laborers are taken for granted; the guys who worked our project (complete bathroom renovation) are artists in their own right. Wide range of choices. Very professional, competent, detail oriented, and comprehensive. Have always done our own renovations so this was the first time we used professionals and were very pleased.

Guys were great, very helpful, nice, cleaned up everything ever night. Only one problem, they missed a 3 inch piece of floor molding, was told they would stop and install it, still waiting. Love my bathroom.

We were very impressed with Jim Bacon at our initial meeting and hired him then. The materials had to be special ordered for our project so the wait time was about 9 weeks, which was what had been promised. The installer,Kevin, was very professional, pleasant, and courteous. We were very happy with the job and are now enjoying our new shower! We will definitely use their service again!

replace counter top and toilet. Had a slight delay because of a mis -interpretation of length. when the new counter top arrived it was installed properly. they decided they needed new piping and shut-off valves and went to the nearest store and purchased the correct parts. They were expert and worked as quickly and efficiently as possible. Very happy with the results.

My installer technician was Kevin. He was personable, professional, eager to explain a process or procedure, patient, meticulous, helped me make choices about positioning, offered good suggestions by asking questions for me to consider, etc.,and such a hard worker! Jim Bacon was quick to respond to my many questions, patient, considerate, knowledgable, honest, professional. A great experience. My one big gripe is that it took so long to get on their schedule. BUT.. that was because they are so popular. Busy. And sought after.

When hiring any contractor in spring you really need to plan months in advance because they all get really busy.

Jim, Kevin and Rick were a pleasure to deal with. They were very prompt and gave us a daily break down of the whole job for our bathroom reconstruction. We are having them come back to put a 1/2 bath in for us. Thanks again, Pete and Laurie

I have not had the work done yet but if the crew is anything like Jim, I know I will be very pleased. There was no pressure to make a decision right away, he answered all the questions I had, initial presentation was great and I know that what I am getting for the money will be well spent. Lifetime guarantee! No one else offers that'!
