Very happy with my walk-in shower installation that was completed in two days. The quality of product and installers excellent! I replaced a tub with walk-in shower.

They were very knowledgeable....did quality work....always covered things and cleaned up after themselves...did a beautiful job....I love my new dream bathroom

They were absolutely wonderful. There did unbelievable work. The walls were uneven but they made everything square. The salesman, workers, & owner were wonderful. The owner & salesman stayed with the project until the end making sure everything went right.

The job is being done in two parts. The vanity, lights, tolet, flooring have been completed. The job was done professionally and on time. The shower is to be installed in eight weeks. ,

Kevin and his mentee Mike were given a difficult demo of a 1930s bathtub. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, consulted with us in a collaborative way, cleaned up well, and when they were done we had a sparkling new tub and surround. Doug gave us good design advice on matching the old wall with the new one. We are very pleased with the process and the result, and highly recommend BathPlanet.

We just finished our bathroom remodel with Bath Planet and we couldn't be happier. Our project was a bit of a challenge as we needed to preserve our washer and dryer space and add a walk-in shower to our half bath. Our installers, Robert and William, were spectacular. They were all the things you could hope for from someone working in your home: communicative, on-time. stellar work ethic, and most important for our job, problem-solvers. The design team, particularly Doug, was great to work with as we solidified our vision for the space and timed out when materials would arrive to start the project. If we have the opportunity to update our second bathroom we would certainly consider Bath Planet for the job.

We cannot say enough to sing the praises of the service we received from Bath Planet â from the Design to the finished product! Doug Huffner was so helpful with helping us to choose the materials and colors that would bring us joy for many, many years. The construction crew, leader Dan Hubbell and his workers, Joey and Brendon as well as two others that came for several days, were so respectful, efficient, dependable, helpful, and so well mannered! This was such a dedicated team for us; they truly earned our respect and appreciation! The construction crew removed all of our old fixtures and walls as well as repair an area on the floor. They rerouted our floor heat vent, installed all the needed piping as well as sheet rocking the walls with proper material. After all that, they were able to install the bathroom fixtures (especially the beautiful, large shower I have been wanting for sooo long). They arrived when they said they would and worked diligently throughout the day and cleaned up every nigh!. This major project was completed in seven days and our bathroom looks beautiful! If I could, I would give them all ten stars rather than five!

We recently had Bath Planet install a new shower for us, which turned out great. Our installer, Kevin, was very professional and did excellent work. He was even able to come up with a patch to fix the floor where we were short on tile. If you’re looking for quality work and a solid warranty at a reasonable price, I would highly suggest using Bath Planet.

When we moved into our current home, the master bathroom came with a very old jacuzzi tub that was no longer usable. We contacted Doug about removing the tub, and replacing it with a new shower. I was not sure how easily a shower would fit in that room, but he helped us design an acrylic walk-in along with a newly constructed wall that divided up the space perfectly. The installation was incredibly smooth as well. Our installers, Joe and Ryan, were professional, efficient, and kind. They went out of their way to consult with us throughout the process, and even helped us rehang a large mirror that they noticed was not properly screwed into the wall. We are really happy with the final product. It is spacious and looks beautiful, and makes the bathroom a hundred times more functional. I would definitely recommend Bath Planet!

Ryan and Joe did a great job remodeling out bathroom. Very fast and efficient work and Ryan and Joe kept us in the loop on the renovation progress each day. They kept the house clean at the end of each day as well before they left. We are very happy with our new bathroom!

Had Bath Planet remodel my bathroom, did a great job, the installers were great, everything was keep clean and cleaned up each night. The material used was great quality couldn't be happier.

We recently had our bathroom remodeled by Bath Planet of the Southern Tier. They had been recommended to us by a neighbor. From the first phone call to them I felt like we were in good hands. When Doug, our sales representative, came to the house he was friendly, professional and very helpful and understanding of what we wanted done. We needed to wait a bit for installation but they did come to install when promised. William and Ryan were the team who did our complete remodel from tearing down walls to installing a beautiful walk in shower and every detail we asked for. They worked hard for over a week. They prepped their work area each morning and cleaned up each evening. They worked diligently and kept us informed. They were also very friendly, respectful and professional. After the work was completed Doug returned to check on the finished product and take pictures. We could also address any questions or concerns to Doug throughout the project. Project: Installing a new shower. We were more than pleased with the installation of our shower. The installation and added trim made it more finished than we would have expected. Kevin is a true craftsman and his assistant, Brandon, were conscientious and committed to doing a good job. We appreciated Kevin's recommendation in placing the safety bar and shelves. Their drop cloths protected our carpets and floor. Their clean-up was beyond our expectations. They were personable and friendly. We would recommend them and Bath Planet with out hesitation or reservation.

Iâ m thrilled with the work that Dan and Zac did. In three and a half days they transformed my bathroom. There were existing issues with water damage and flooring that wasnâ t level. The old tub, tub surround, floor, and sub floor had to be removed. The space had to be prepped for new everything. When they left I had a new faucet, toilet, flooring, tub, tub surround, tub fixtures, and grab bars. They respected my home by putting down cloth to protect my floors. Danâ s meticulous measuring and marking as well as making sure I was happy with tub shelves, grab bars, and towel rack placement was much appreciated. Both Dan and Zac worked well together, weâ re very friendly yet professional.

I've needed a new bathtub for quite some time. I finally called Bath Planet. They sent Doug to my house to measure and help me pick options for my new tub. Several weeks later Danny arrived to install everything. Within two days he had installed everything and it looks beautiful.

Despite the onset of our bathroom remodel being delayed by Covid-19 and material damaged in transit from the manufacturer, Jim Bacon, our salesperson, Doug, and the outstanding remodeling team of Daniel and Zach were courteous , knowledgeable, and professional throughout the process.

We recently had a new shower unit installed by Bath Planet and we love it! The comfort Of stepping into a shower rather than climbing over a tub has made it so much easier for my husband and me. Doug Huffner guided us through the process of selecting the products and colors that we wanted. Kevin Mussselman competently installed the shower in less than 2 days. He worked diligently for 6 hours the first day and 3 hours the second day. We were pleasantly surprised that he cleaned everything up before he left on the first day and then again upon completion.
